We stayed in the zebra hut, this was very cute & cozy. We felt relatively shut out from the rest of the world, which was nice as a little break. It was very peaceful listening to the birds. It was nice to have our own shower & toilet, not having to share these. I only gave a 3 star due to the owners not bothering to introduce themselves, this could have been done at breakfast time as it's between 8.30-9.30. The Scandinavian hot tub was basically a really big round warm bath, the sauna was nice but took 25 mins to get to a decent temperature. We got an hour to ourselves in the hot tub & sauna for £9.99, it was ok, but not what I was expecting. The breakfast was pretty poor, only pancakes or waffles available & it was help yourself (which is fine) but nothing to put on them, i.e., syrup, Choc spread, fruit. Very simple. If you're gluten-free, or you don't like pancakes/waffles, there was nothing for you to eat. We got a deal & it said we got a bottle of bubby in with our stay. I & my husband were expecting bubbly to be a bottle of prosseco, contacted them to check this, as we like prosseco. They said "it's a complimentary bottle of wine, this is not prosseco, we're unable to substitute this for something different. Which myself nor my husband could understand beings it was the same price for wine as it was prosseco. We ended up bringing our own prosseco as we were celebrating our anniversary. Took the wine with us to give to someone else. All in all, to sum this up. The hobbit hut was lovely & the shower/toilet facilities were really good. But the rest, not what we were expecting.
