We had an amazing stay! The room was super clean, the hotel was in a great location and the staff were so friendly & helpful.
Recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Bruges!

The room was very clean and it had a romantic style ,it had a spacious bathroom.the only download was the view from the window (a rooftop).The staff was kind and friendly.The breakfast was delicious with good variety of products and beautiful porcelain plates

We were warmly welcomed by Nicole when we arrived, and I knew at once that we had found a great hotel. In a quiet location, yet with some good restaurants nearby, and only a few minutes walk from the main square and attractions. It is in an old building so, as others have pointed out, the rooms are small (but not tiny), well decorated and with a good bathroom, lovely Molton Brown toiletries etc. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast buffet is excellent, with a glass of fizz if you want it. Also great value compared with the cost of going out for, say, a waffle and coffee. Hotel is spotlessly clean, there is a lift, and all the staff were extremely helpful. (I nearly didn’t book this hotel because of the ‘ADULTS ONLY’ description, which made me a bit worried in case it had red light connotations, but it most certainly doesn’t and really means no children allowed!)

Lovely hotel. Really clean and comfortable. Lovely helpful polite staff. Rooms nice and sound proof and just around the corner to a bar with canal views. Perfect location to explore Bruges. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

the hotel was the quaintest, loveliest, most value for money hotel I've stayed in and it was right in the heart of Bruges. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend that you get their breakfast because it's relatively inexpensive for a buffet. And the temperature drops to freezing cold there so it will save you the hassle of having to walk in the street to look for a breakfast. Most of the stores / restaurants won't open till 10am.

Excellent hotel, well located. Comfortable and clean. Very good powerful shower and lovely bed. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and welcoming host. Would stay again. About 20-25 min walk from station (cobbles) and 2-3 minutes from main square.

Hotel Biskajer offers a delightful retreat in the heart of the old city, with everything within walking distance. The hotel exudes warmth and coziness, with attentive and caring staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted with candies and a sweet note, setting the tone for a romantic getaway. While the bathroom lacked a door, the cleanliness and powerful water pressure in the shower were impressive. Our room was well-equipped with ample towels, a hairdryer, water, tissues, and numerous thoughtful touches. Overall, Hotel Biskajer is highly recommended for a romantic escape, despite the minor surprise of the doorless bathroom.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff were exceptional, knowledgable, and professional. The hotel location was close to everything. We felt safe. We will be back to stay here on our next visit. Thank you.
