L'hôtel est idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre-ville.
L'hôtesse est très gentille et accueillante.

Lovely characterful hotel with lovely staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice of hot or cold food. The location is right at the centre of Bruges and every attraction/location was not more than a few minutes walk.

This was a great little hotel, characterful, friendly and centrally located. Some may say decor looked a tad tired in places however, it was clean throughout and our good size (superior) bedroom was well heated which was a blessing at this time of year. We had a large comfy bed, mini bar with water and soft drinks along with a large bath with shower, TV and coffee/tea making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with both cooked and wide variety of continental style offerings setting us up for the day. Overall, this was great value for money and would certainly book here again.

Lovely and cozy hotel! One of the most beautiful in my life, the staff is AMAZING! For me was the best experience in a hotel in Europe, if you’re looking for a nice place and not expensive, definitely this is gonna be your place and Bruges is my favorite city too

A wonderful stay in a lovely part of Brugges. Very close to all the sites and restaurants. Room was very cosy and Wi-Fi was good. Staff super friendly. Just be prepared to climb stairs as this old building does not have an elevator. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay with a very helpful and welcoming host. We were on the ground floor and access to the room was very easy and the room was furnished to a high standard The hotel is easy walking distance to all the central attractions. and i would not hesitate to stay again at this lovely hotel.

Spacious and well-appointed room in a beautiful historic building. The hotel was close to all major attractions and a 12-15 walk from the main central station. Great hosts and very clean rooms. Easy to find our way back as it is next to one of the cathedrals.

Needs renovating & is nothing like the cleverly styled photographs on the website. Stayed here in Feb 2024 - admittedly this was an emergency booking arranged by an affiliated hotel that had no hot water so they moved us to this one. Room was VERY basic with no safe, or amenities. The breakfast room looks nothing like advertised and the breakfast is not worth €€. Would not recommend.

The hotel has a perfect location in a beautiful old house, lovely decorated for Christmas. The staff is frendly. The breakfast was good. There was no hot, even warm water during our stay at the hotel.
