A really fabulous stay at this bnb. The room was lovely (had to open the window a lot to keep it aired) and so quirky. Such helpful, kind and super friendly owners. Could not have been more helpful in unusual places to go. Knew what we wanted to see and advised us brilliantly. Breakfast was just gorgeous too on their rooftop terrace. Near everything and easy to find. Would definitely recommend very highly. We just loved it. Great people. Great bnb. Book direct and not through Airbnb if you can.

Tineke is warm, friendly, attentive, and responsive. She’s all that a hostess should be and more! We’ve had a lovely 2-night stay in Com Ampere and only wish we had more time here! Tineke, thank you for welcoming us, helping with us with our heavy bags and giving us food tips! Much appreciated!

Rooms very comfortable and tastefully furnished and the breakfast was of a continental type quality made ingredients and great coffee .The host was a wealth of information and made all of the guests feel welcome irrespective of nationality.The location is perfect for walking to the various points of interest and a free shuttle bus is available for a station transfer 100m from the establishment. A fantastic stay and highly recommended.

When we entered the downstairs room our first impression was magical but when we looked a little closer it was a bit like a dungeon as there are no windows except the one leading to a small court yard that has no view. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. There were adequate plates , cutlery and microwave to heat food up and were able to take it upstairs. I could not work the shower as it came from all angles, top sides and straight ahead. There were two sinks but the plug didn't work on either and the hot tap did not work on one of them. No hooks for hand towel in toilet. I would have rectified much of the discrepancies with very little effort. The towels were very thin and toiletries were also. The breakfast was adequate but too sweet for me. We had to get our own coffee. I was expecting a little more from this magical place. Otherwise quite a quirky place.

Tucked away from the main streets you will find this B&B. The rooms are all different, when the weather is nice the breakfast is served on a first floor terrace. But it's the hosts that make this place unique. Dick and Tineke are very knowledgeable they steer you away from tourist traps and into the lesser knows bruges. Nothing is too much trouble for then. Keep it up

We would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to visitors of Bruges. We stayed in the red room, a romantic and very comfortable place , furnished beautifully, with spacious en-suite bathroom and a lovely bed. Our hosts were not only accommodating but very friendly and a great source of information about local attractions. We loved the delicious continental breakfast Tineke prepared for us. The place is centrally located but the street is quiet and picturesque. Our stay there was perfect.

Absolutely lovely staying at this place.
Owners are perfect !
Just a tip : wifi not working super well, plan to bring a phone that can connect abroad.
Except that, and even with this small issue, it's nothing compare to how good is the place.
We will definitely come back !!
Thanks to them and don't change anything ! (Except the wifi :p )

We loved staying at Con Ampere! The hosts were delightful and full of great information that they willingly shared! The room was sooo charming and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous, as was the breakfast. We highly recommend this lovely B&B!
