The overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commi**ent from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

Ein gutes Hotel unweit der Innenstadt. Zimmer an sich sehr geräumig, sah allerdings schon etwas abgenutzt aus. Aber für 1 oder 2 Nächte reicht es auf jeden Fall.

I really liked the hotel , it was very stylish modern and had amenities. Unfortunately the stay ended on a negative as the day I was to leave, my sleep was interrupted due to another guest who was drunk, sick and had been sick right outside my door. She has been making lots of noise and this was extremely distressing. I had to rush to reception to find staff to help her at 4am. It was very concerning to me that no staff at the hotel had noticed this.

Can I just live here?
So great to go and stay and get a break from the winter blues in such a sanctuary. Well located, calming, lovely hotel. Will be back.

Best part of the hotel is the location! Safe, relatively quiet, very walkable. I got the Club Room - it was a bit small and all white, which isn’t my style, but it ultimately didn’t matter. They serve pastries and complimentary tea and coffee every day. The pool and sauna are great too.

We stayed here for two nights. The room was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable - they recommended le petit onions and local dishes which were all fabulous. The pastries and free hot drinks were a nice addition, especially because it was 0 degrees outside. The sauna is nice too.

This is indeed a boutique hotel. Located in a nice area, conveniently close to all major attractions and restaurants. Lovely entrance area with sculptures, books, free coffee. Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast. A bonus is a small but sufficient swimming pool and sauna.
Overall, nice place to stay in and very good value hotel.
