Dobra lokalizacja oraz bardzo przyjemne i nowoczesne powierzchnie wspólne. Pomieszczenia wymagają chłodzenia i klimatyzacji.

Stan pokoju różni się od innych Citadines, w których byłem wcześniej, ponieważ jest zdecydowanie bardziej zużyty niż wyglądał na zdjęciu hotelu na stronie internetowej.
Co najgorsze, w pokoju nie ma klimatyzatora, a wielu przebywało na dziedzińcu położonym w centrum hotelu podczas gorących letnich nocy.
Słyszeliśmy odgłosy ludzi gromadzących się na zewnątrz dziedzińca nawet o północy, ponieważ musimy zostawić otwarte okno, aby się ochłodzić.
Jedyny telefon w pokoju był zepsuty, a moja żona została niegrzecznie potraktowana przez nieprzyjazny personel, afrykański belgijski mężczyzna po trzydziestce (recepcja dyżurna 16 sierpnia od 11:00 do 12:00) za to, że nie odebrała przypomnienia o kasie z zepsutego telefonu . Walił w drzwi pokoju i nakazał mojej żonie opuścić pokój za 5 minut i zagroził opłatami za późne wymeldowanie, jeśli nie zastosuje się. Moja żona została odrzucona przez niego wrogo, kiedy błagała o dodatkowe 15 minut, ponieważ jesteśmy już w trakcie pakowania. Na koniec musimy w panice opuścić salę. To było najgorsze doświadczenie z moimi wieloma pobytami w Citadines, zarówno gościnnością, jak i udogodnieniami. I na pewno będziesz musiał dokładnie sprawdzić i sprawdzić przed dokonaniem rezerwacji jakichkolwiek Citadines, ponieważ nie wszystkie mają ten sam standard.
Zrobiliśmy zdjęcie we wszystkich hotelach, w których zatrzymaliśmy się podczas tej podróży, ale jest to jedyny, w którym nie chcieliśmy robić żadnego zdjęcia pokoju, ponieważ zdecydowanie nie jest to ten, który chcielibyśmy zapamiętać.

We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

Good atmosphere in hotel, too expencive breakfast ( 17eu/person), but nearby are two stores,so 4 member family can eat all various breakfast for 10-15eu (in apartmant with kitchen) instead 68eu.

Superb location with great connectivity to public transport. Rooms are clean with a practical kitchen. Free tea, coffee and water. Helpful staff.
If only the room had a balcony - it would have been perfect.
I happily recommend !!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had a studio apartment with everything you could need. Beside the metro and a close walk to grand place. Would highly recommend
