When I arrived at hotel, I was charged again for my stay. It was later reversed after calling ********** but it should have never happened. And I didn’t appreciate the clerk and later the bellhop knocking on my door around midnight. Before arriving, I talked with Maria about transportation from the airport. I wasn’t told that they were calling me a taxi which was more expensive than the ones at the airport.

Spent the weekend for a wedding. The location was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the on site amenities were fantastic. I will return just to enjoy the resort.

LA EXPERIENCIA FUE MUY MALA Y ADEMÁS OFRECEN PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, PORQUE AL RESERV**** Y COMPRAR LA ESTADIA EN EL HOTEL OFRECEN A UN COSTO CON IVA INCLUIDO, PERO, CUANDO SE VA A SALIR DE LAS INSTALACIONES TE COBRAN EL IVA BAJO EL ARGUMENTO QUE LAS RESERVAS NO CUBREN DICHO IMPUESTO Y POR TANTO SE DEBE PAGAR.

No es posible colocar en la web que tienen desayuno buffet, cuando al visitarlo a las 09:08 a.m., no hay sino dos pedacitos de fruta, las vasijas de los jugos con los hielos descongelados y sin jugo, los samovares con los ligeros desperdicios. Bastante desagradable. Y luego la atención como con ganzúa, a pedacitos, y con tres personas para atender a dos, traen la fruta, no hay cubierto para fruta. Traen pan, mantequilla y mermelada y no colocan cuchillo para untar........
