Tego dnia system hotelu był wyłączony, a wszystkie karty do pokoi zostały unieważnione.Personelowi przy ladzie było dość uciążliwe chodzenie do pokoju w celu odblokowania drzwi za każdym razem, gdy wchodzili lub wychodzili.
W pokoju nie ma suszarki do włosów, nie ma też telefonu. Muszę iść do lady, żeby poinformować obsługę. Według niej niektóre suszarki w hotelu są zepsute. Jeśli ta w pokoju nie jest zepsuta, będę przenieś go do drugiego pokoju i napraw go...
Wygląda na to, że była jedyną pracownicą tego dnia i czuła się trochę rozdrażniona… ale jej postawa była w porządku.

The hotel is ideally located Charming and competent staff The rooms are well equipped and clean The breakfasts are excellent.

Good access from the main road.Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Fairly large but quiet. Convenient restaurant although fairlt expensive. Altogether, we found this a very nice basic place to stay and hope to return when the area

My sleep was very limited due to noisy guests upstairs with children running around all night. Never stay on the ground floor!!

Booked a 5 night stay at Premier Inn Buckingham but the room was not cleaned or the bed sheet changed during the whole time ! We asked at reception but told P Inn don’t offer housekeeping or room cleaning and only change towels on formal request to reception - I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and have never experienced zero housekeeping Awful experience and won’t repeat

Fantastic stay , staff so friendly, thank you Carl for all your information. Thank you for all your advice about where to visit etc .Rooms clean , great location and good beefeater. Everything you need at a great price. Lots of great areas to explore nearby .

I stayed last week on business and since the hotel and beefeater were so welcoming, clean and enjoyable, I decided to stay at the same place. I was instantly recognised upon walking through the door in both the hotel and Beefeater which makes all the difference. I spent majority of my stay last week served by Andy, who is without a doubt one of the nicest servers I have ever met. He goes above and beyond, always making everyone feel welcome and makes sure everyone leaves with a smile. Now, I am not saying everyone else isn't as polite, I am afraid I haven't learnt their names yet, however, as i stay more and more, I sincerely hope I do

We had a great weekend, from booking by a family member, booked two rooms. Sarah was amazing very helpful at booking too booking in , staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms great value , met the male manager he was great too. A real personal touch

I still like Premier Inns but if you goto Buckingham don't accept room 101... the walls shake like an 80's sit-com when the fire door outside shuts... also a nearby aircon unit will wake you every half hour and the bathroom has a broken towel rail and basin unit.
