We checked in late night, we are just gonna be in the room pretty much to sleep because we had an early morning flight, the first room we were assigned has an awful smell like someone cooked and fried something in the room (i guess having a kitchen by the bed is not a good idea..) went back to the front desk to switch room but the front desk agent wasn’t even apologetic and gave us a room with the bathroom full of molds (please see picture attached). We literally just took shower in the bathroom coz we don’t know what we are inhaling with those molds. It was very uncomfortable to breath. The room looks nice and clean except of the bathroom molds, looks like had water damage on the top unit, i was surprised that housekeeping didn’t even care about it or management and just let guest use the room still yet.. guess management didn’t know the danger inhaling molds even wd their employees? Looks like the place has been renovated but how come nobody notice or care about the molds in the bathroom? I wonder how many more units are like that? The lady that checkes us out was very nice and felt sorry about our experience not like the lady during the check that doesn’t seem to know about customer service. All in all, this place could be better very accessible to the airport. I hope management will pay attention to the details of cleanliness and with the attitude of their staffs.
