Zdecydowanie jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w których byłem… 5-gwiazdkowy hotel z 5-gwiazdkową obsługą, a łóżko jest super wygodne…. Wszystko jest po prostu zbyt niesamowite… pamiętaj o włączeniu śniadania, abyś mógł zjeść posiłek w kawiarni numer jeden na świecie w nowojorskiej kawiarni, która znajduje się tuż przy samym hotelu, zarezerwuj hotel i omiń kolejkę. Widzę, że kolejka do kawiarni w Nowym Jorku nigdy się nie kończy

Service was very good, they are so polite and kind, although our room's wifi was disappeared for 3 days or 4 days, it's not a big deal tho. And please everyone who book their hotel should include the breakfast, the beautiful hotel i ever seen and the food quality is very good

Overall, we are very happy that we stayed in this hotel and people are lovely smiley and helpful.
They should improve food and drink services
Especially the drinks, I mean hot drinks are coming very cold and very late. I experienced this three times.

Words can't describe how tremendous my stay was. Each and every staff was friendly & attentive, room was spacious and clean (got the chance to have my room upgraded), Wide variety & scrumptious breakfast (you can also order from the ala carte breakfast menu). Something worth pointing out is the hotel manager managed to get me a table in new york cafe when i told her i wanted to dine in one of the world's most beautiful cafe despite its crowded weekend. ALL IN ALL THIS HOTEL IS SUPERB !

I want to give full marks to everything in the hotel. The super nice environment, excellent service, and service facilities are all excellent. The only regret is that there is a room on the same floor as the guest room that is being renovated, and the aisle will smell of paint
