My favorite stay during a 20 days trip in four different countries in Europe! The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself was fantastic, from decor to location to amenities, cleanliness and comfort. Would 100% come back again!

酒店地段非常棒，出門走五分鐘就是地鐵。整體格局是一個類似於loft的。下面是沙發電視，上面是床。空間非常大

For the level of Hotel I was a bit disappointed, the TV didn't work even after asking for it to be fixed, a couple of requests for things were not done

The location: about 10 min walk from the nearest train or tram station, and a bit far if you have a heavy luggage.
The room: very spacious and clean enough quiped with good quality amenities (molton brown).
The staff: very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, central location for walking. Excellent customer service, very helpful, friendly staff. Very cool restaurant. Unique modern rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful! We loved it and will recommend definitely. The o Ku down side was the body lotion, it may have been old or maybe the bottom of it may have been old because it had an odd texture but other than that all great! The staff is amazing

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at! Superfriendly staff, amazing room, top notch breakfast in a lovely restaurant! I would really recommend this hotel!

Hotel was excellent. Need to be aware that it is a city centre and there is noise from the street at night. Definitely include breakfast served in a beautiful restaurant, but it is a la carte and not a buffet. Location 500m walk from transport hub.
