Lokalizacja jest najbardziej satysfakcjonującym punktem. Śniadanie też nie było złe. Ale hotel nie zapewnił mi wody. To jedyna rzecz, która mnie trochę rozczarowała.

It's not bad, the receptionist is very nice and always speaks with smile. However, there were no slippers in the room and calling the room service number to inquire about them did not solve the problem. The scenery is still good, good choice for the price:)

Room 724 was in terrible state, carpet not vacummed properly for 2 days ,cobwebs on ceiling and window sill,tea or coffee stains all over toilet n tv console,safe box low battery,kettle inside was very dirty.. checked in 1st day had to get all the issues resolved,wasted my time. Insects(a lot) was flying outside window so i can hardly open them,probably it is right next to a very dirty rooftop next buidling. After 2 nights,the hotel changed me to a beautiful room . It was excellent from then on. Receptionteam was top nothc n super helpful. Kudos to them. The old house keeper should be trained to do a much better job. Besides her, everything else is good. Location is fantastic and the view from room is unbelievable. Bed is very comfy and I slept well except the pillows were quite flat. Supermarket and Bettany Metro 500m from hotel, tram station at doorstep. Hotel right in front of Danube...

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located near bus stops and metro stations. The building facilities are a bit old but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
