Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.

説好有的吹風機去哪裡了呢？ 設施老舊但是還算乾淨。 離Knotts Berry Farm 非常近。

The lights did not work. It smelled moldy. It made sense after turning the ac on water was leaking like a rainfall in the room

Our stay was great and when I forgot something the staff was very helpful in getting it back to me. But, we almost got stuck in the south elevator. (elevator furthest from the desk)

Taking a shower paint started peeling and falling on me. Property in severe disrepair. No food on site but within walking distance.

Cute but needs work, i like the outdoor decorand location was great. The room was spacious but needs a little update and the smell was not the best.

My stay at this location wasn’t but wasn’t good either, the hotel itself seems to be in the middle of remodel (I think) would I stay there again, more likely yes then no, but it’s not my first choice. Room had a lot little challenges, the AC was not working, many outlets not working, lights we some challenges. The hotel unfortunately is very dated, but still has potential the style of the hotel is unique, very solid vibe but needs a lot of TLC

This hotel has been through some ownership changes and still under renovation.
The rooms are clean, but the property is not maintained well.
They do not have enough linens for the room. I had to request multiple times.
No security, people were fighting outside in the middle of the night and it did not stop until they were finished.
I don’t plan on staying here again.
