Superb service by the reception, restaurant and room cleaning personnel. Totally would recommend to everyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Charming boutique hotel close to many sights though the immediate area seemed unsafe at night. We loved our corner room and the rooftop terrace.

Hotel felt old and room smelled badly of urine. Clean enough, but not incredibly so. Breakfast was fine and staff alternated between cool / nearly rude and then helpful enough.

Great atmosphere and creatively decorated with tango theme. Clean. Staff were outstanding and eager to please - helped schedule excursions. Plentiful breakfast included. Rooftop bar was relaxing with great food options. Liked it so much we are returning after our cruise. Definitely recommend!

The hotel has some wear and tear and some repairs were ongoing but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Subway, markets, pharmacy, theater district were all near. Staff was very accommodating as I always had questions or asking for recommendations. Cheers to Franco, Valentina, Jessica, Diego, Yasmin, Luis [security], Marisol [breakfast]. They were all very helpful and always pleasant to chat with. The only down side is I couldn't follow the tango instructions on the carpet.

Jessica at the front desk was excellent. I don’t expect them to speak good English but she was fluent and helped us with any transportation needed and any questions we had. Also Marisol in the cafe/bar gave excellent service and always had a smile on her face. I would highly recommend Tango de Maya

Staff was friendly & helpful with instructions to Santo Telmo & Cathedral Metropolitan. Didn’t know what the VIP access or benefits mean.
