Bens Downtown Apartments

Excellent service. Modern, comfortable, and very functional. Privileged location, close to theaters, restaurants, and the famous Corrientes Avenue. Highly recommended. Very complete service: towels, bedding, wifi connection

The apartment was excellent, the walk-in shower was handy and large. The double bed was as advertised and comfortable. The staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Juana and Camila. There is a laundromat across the street and a few dining options. The unit is a couple of blocks from Corrientes great location. I rented for two months

It was a perfect place to stay!! The staff were more than accomdating and pleasant. I appreciated everything they did for my stay, communication was easy over whatsapp and would definitely recommend.

The apartment was as shown in the picture, spacious with a large shower, double bed (firm mattress) and kitchen with basic utensils provided. The location was decent. There is a Western Union, metro station, supermarket, laundry and gym all within an 8 minute walk. There are some local restaurants that were good for lunch and breakfast. You are about 30 minutes away from Palermo by taxi. The kitchen had 2 electric hobs, a microwave, kettle and toaster, 3 glasses, 3 tea cups and some cooking utensils and pots/pans. I was able to check in early which was appreciated, towels and basic toiletries were provided. There were however a number of faults with the property. The shower leaked into the bathroom, the rails to hang the hand towel and the shower towel both broke when I put a towel on them. The kettle leaked water (this was replaced upon request within 24 hours), there was some minor dust/cobwebs that had not been cleaned. Overall the apartment was nice, and the small inconveniences could be overlooked.

Great stay just a stone's throw away from different central parts of the city. Cozy apartment with a small kitchen, fridge and a great shower.

Experiência excelente, pois o Bens Apartment está muito bem localizado, com supermercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes, teatros, metrô, tudo muito perto. O apartamento é muito confortável, e com cozinha para fazer refeições básicas. Fiquei 15 dias e voltarei com certeza. Ivana e Camila são excelentes e muito atenciosas no gerenciamento do Bens Apartment. Só tenho elogios para esse local.

Excelente ubicación y las chicas que nos recibieron son súper simpáticas, dispuestas en todo momento para ayudar/consultar. Nos volvemos muy contentas por haber pasado una estadía hermosa sin ningún problema. Recomendable. Sin dudas volveríamos!!
