Room service and breakfast service very slow and bad beside for this type of money they charged as 5 stars hotel I am wondering and keep asking how they obtain 5 stars category comparing with Dubai hotel where I come from??

This boutique hotel was very nice to stay. Everything was clean and in a great area. Everyone here was very personable and super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with top notch amenities. The hot springs and jacuzzi bath tub made it feel like I had purchased a spa weekend that was included in the price of the stay. For a few dollars more than a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn the Curtiss is a 5-star hotel that makes guests feel like VIPs and worthy of its luxurious amenities and surroundings.

Beautiful, old hotel with modern amenities. Very tasty continental breakfast. Unique indoor/outdoor hot “spring”. Pleasantly surprised!

We loved the hotel and staff was very nice. Their computer systems and smart rooms were the issue. We had to wait to check in, we had to be escorted to our room and let in by staff while they processed our room keys, which caused us to miss the opportunity to eat dinner after a long day of work. when we ordered room service the next day and morning we could not called down for service because the phone system was down and we had to go down and order from the front desk on both occasions. The food was very good and the staff was nice.

Great hotel. Nice amenities. The vreajfast could be enhanced a bit. The staff are wonderful. Great handy location. We will stay again.
