I booked a two day trip, but due to weather conditions when I checked and asked to only stay one night and cancel the second. They told me to reach out to *******, which I did immediately and ******* was going to take care of this. The reason I didn’t cancel any sooner is I wanted to make sure they didn’t cancel both of my nights. now I’m being informed that I cannot get a refund for the night that I didn’t stay? This is unacceptable. I did as much as I could to give advance notice I was a Hilton member and I expected more out of this company. I believed I had a guarantee to at least up to 24 hours , first of all, I won’t recommend anyone going through ******* and second of all. I don’t know that I would stay at another Hampton Hilton Inn in that area again the service was horrible.
