Obsługa przy kasie jest uprzejma i pomocna, zwłaszcza pan Mark, który pomaga nam przy zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu. Wszyscy pracownicy hotelu są bardzo mili i mili. Pokój hotelowy bardzo klasyczny. Bardzo szczęśliwe i przyjemne wakacje w hotelu Colmar Tropicale Berjaya Hill na 2 dni i 1 noc. Moje dzieci są szczęśliwe. Być może sklep zaczyna się zamykać o 21:00, a między innymi sklepy 7–11 spóźniają się o 23:00.

Building a bit old, is time to renovation. Lift not working well..
Price ok, big room, good breakfast, quite a chill place to spend a night if got more Need entertainment and restaurants.

Pros:
- great destination if you love privacy and dislike crowd
- nice atmosphere, attention to detail to realise the French-themed resort
- decent breakfast but most importantly tasty
- it's an old hotel however cleanliness at satisfactory level
- strong wifi
- responsive and friendly staffs
Cons:
- bad tv signal, some channels are okay but got weird sound on the other hand
- heater is not working at one of bathroom
- limited choice of eateries around (to sort out your dinner/lunch)
- bugs will appear at night out of nowhere

We didn't have high expectations for our last-minute Raya getaway, but Colmar Tropicale surprised us in the best way possible. Upon arrival at 8 pm, we were greeted with a vibrant atmosphere – there was a zumba class and a fire show happening! It was a delightful way to kick off our stay.
The room itself was excellent – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was the discolored water in the bathroom, which resembled teh tarik. Aside from that, everything else was superb.
Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic last-minute escape. The unexpected entertainment and the comfortable room made for a memorable stay.

View are good, how ever not good maintenance.
Compared to 6 year ago my 1st visit, there are new shop like 7 eleven, Starbucks opened.
For room facility, no improvement at all compared to 6 years ago, old TV with limited channel.
Dining room but not allow to cook.
Yellowish water, and old boiler water heat which take 30min to heat up and hot water only able to sustain less than 5min and become cold water. (The technician just explain the water is own filtering just let it flow until clear, and very not polite when response about the water heater, now boss want to change room or what? Hello, is this how treatment to customers?)
Kettle is broken, when request for replacement they bring a rusted unit, when I called again in next morning, another room service guy bring the broken kettle again, and then they just clean the rusted area and pass the kettle to me. (can't believe that there are no new backup kettle in such big resort)

Charming French-style village with lots of attractions and fun for the whole family. Super friendly staff and nice place to getaway for 2 days. Beware of incredibly winding roads on the way up or down.
Some downsides would be condition of the air conditioning in the room, it was really warm and could tell that it hasn't been serviced for a long time. The shower drain was also clogged and it felt really gross trying to take a shower. Also, if you like bugs, this is the place for you 😉

The location is at bukit tinggi, about 40 minutes from tol gombak. Check in was late. Need to wait for 1 hour for room to be ready. Many restaurants open there, but close around 9pm. The room was very dusty. Amenities was very simple. Unlike other Berjaya hotel. Overall, is not worth it to stay at the hotel dor a night stay. Japanese park was good.
