We only stayed for 1 night but we are impressed with the room. Studio type with very comfortable bed and clean room. The cost is worth it because of the excellent location. There are only 2 things: 1st is that the door in the shower wasn't properly closing, so water was escaping causing wet floor. 2nd was the box of tissue was not even half full. :( minor things but it can be improved :)

The only negative feedback was around housekeeping, other that that was great. Phone reception wasnt the best.

I really enjoyed staying at the Quest Bundoora, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the area was quiet and was close to everything we needed. Thank you for a great experience

I recently had a two night stay at Quest Bundoora. I love it here. The apartments are so clean and have everything that you need. Beds are comfortable. My only complaint is the noise from the carpark security door woke me with a jolt several times in the night. Not a bother during the day but a bit annoying at night/very early morning.

poorly organised, will not be returning for conference there. Needing to go to staff to request clean crockery, refill of water on tables, not enough cutlery. advised could use tearoom, but was locked, had to clean our own cups even though charged for crockery cleaning. staff not interested in assisting with making the experience a seamless one.

Accomodation location was perfect for getting ready for our nearby wedding. Great customer service, including a free room upgrade and very comfy beds.
