離burbank機場非常近，靠近car rental那邊，可以從機場步行過去
酒店異常火爆，訂晚了就沒房了，房間不大，價格很貴，比洛杉磯都要貴…

There were weird multiple things that happened throughout the stay, we were promised things. Never happened. We had to move our room 3 times due to things in the room not working correctly. Then when we went into the 3rd room, which was way better than the 2 rooms before that, the bed wasn't made and the mattress was bare. We had to wait for the maid to come which took over an hour.

Very friendly front desk person was so nice. I needed a Printed email and she did it for me. A little thing that made a big difference for me. Marriott for me next stay.

I really like the Marriott Burbank Hotel. I feel safe there when traveling alone. They have room service available and 2 restaurants. My only complaint is that they have no gift shop and very limited vending machines. I was there for several days and ended up going to a grocery store just to have the basics in my room like water, soda and snacks.

Lady who answers the phone is absolutely rude. I’ve talked to her 3 times and she doesn’t listen to what you’re saying and just jumps to a conclusion before you can even finish your sentence. She has a major belittling attitude which needs to be fixed if you want people to stay at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, but I encountered an issue with *******. Despite specifying the need for a room with a sofa bed for my children due to safety concerns, the hotel assigned a different room based on *******'s instructions. ******* claimed they couldn't address the room assignment, showing no accountability for the oversight. Fortunately, Tyler from the hotel demonstrated exceptional customer service by upgrading our room, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for my family. Tyler's efforts truly made a difference, providing peace of mind during our visit.
