Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and super tasty meals in the restaurant. Personal approach and clean rooms. Ideal hotel for transit or daytrips in the area. Nice and extensive walking area (also via Komoot app). Very friendly owners and staff. The chef can cook! and also has some vegetarian dishes on the menu. information about the area and excursions available. We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return!

Traditionell aber frisch renoviert mit schönem Innenhof. So erlebten wir diese wunderbare Oase. Die Zimmer waren super saniert und die Betten extrem bequem . Alles war top sauber us die Gastgeber sehr nett. Das Fruehstuecksbufett ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Rührei auf Wunsch war frisch zubereitet mit Bacon. Einfach lecker. Wir kommen wieder !!! Viele Grüße aus Frankfurt!!

Kurzfristig suchten wir zum Pfingstwochenende in der Gegend eine Unterkunft und haben zufällig die Übernachtungsmöglichkeit "Zum goldenen Hirschen" gefunden. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im neuen Nebengebäude und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die gute und praktische Ausstattung ermöglichten uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die sehr gute Küche mit lokalen Speiseangeboten. Klein, aber fein ist hier das Motto und der Küchenchef (der Eigentümer kocht selbst) versteht sein Handwerk. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Zudem wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und aufmerksam bedient. Dies gilt für die Eigentümer sowie für das gesamte Personal. Insgesamt ergibt sich ein Top-Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Da wir noch zwei weitere Tage in der Gegend um Rotenburg und Dinkelsbühl gebleiben sind haben wir es bedauert, dass wir nicht alle Übernachtungen in diesem "Gasthof" gebucht hatten.
