離車站近，下車幾分鐘就到，住的是靠馬路的房間有點吵，方便的同時肯定需要犧牲環境了，總的説來還是可以的，旅遊的話建議選擇更安靜的

The hotel is in excellent location, Burgos is beautiful. The hotel is very clean & comfortable with excellent parking facilities. The lady on reception is a credit to the hotel she was so friendly & helpful during our stay . Would definitely recommend this hotel if your thinking of staying in Burgos

Though this hotel is listed as four stars, it clearly does not deserve that designation. Old and dirty. Dust in the corners of the room. Hard bed. Difficult to get air conditioner working (several in our group had this problem) and it was not well calibrated. Thin walls. It may have been four stars a few decades ago. I would give it three stars per Europe designations but equivalent to a two star in the US. Worst hotel on our 10 day trip. Needs major upgrades.

We arrived here on a tour. One lift to get about 40 people to their rooms. Ended up carrying my suitcase three flights instead of waiting. The room was clean and cosy, large single beds and very quiet. USB plugs in the power points beside the bed were an added bonus. The Bathroom VERY small but the water pressure for the shower was fantastic! Very close to the Cathedral, approx 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. My only gripe was that the bar opened at 8.30pm and I was looking for my nightly G&T at 6pm! Breakfast area way too crowded. The toaster takes an age to cook. One coffee machine for such large numbers is too little. Breakfast satisfactory but nothing startling. Would recommend.

Hotel muy bien situado a cinco minutos de la Catedral y al lado del paseo del río y todo muy a mano. También muy limpio y camas cómodas. El parking del hotel estaba lleno, pero a menos de cinco minutos andando está el parking publico de Pza de Vega, 24h por algo menos de 10 euros. Recomendable total, en la puerta sólo se puede aparcar unos minutos pera dejar el equipaje. Por poner algún pero, el mobiliario muy clásico, pero bonito y sin desperfectos. Desayunamos en una pastelería típica de la Plaza Mayor y no hicimos ni comida ni cena en el hotel, de eso no puedo opinar.
