The hotel location is good, few min drive from the market, restaurants at walking distance. View from room is nice. However a lot of traffic sound can be heard. Especially ambulances passing by and the room is not sound proof. We stayed there at new year eve. And at least expected was that hotel staff greet us happy new year at breakfast which didnt happen. There were gloves available at breakfast counter to pick buffet but no one was there to make sure that the guest adhere to it. The rooms are small and if you go for triple room the third bed is not comfortable. Over all it was a okay hotel.

Overall, it was ok to stay, clean and quite. But the breakfast was bad. Omlet was cold, bread and borek wasnt fresh, not much fruit, coffee was 3rd class.

Spa özel şirkete ait ve hizmet ***et güzel.kahvaltı kalitesi müthiş olmasa da çeşit yeterli.odaya girdiğimizde yatakta sağda solda saçlar kıllar vardı.yatağın altı leş gibiydi tozluydu oda ayrıca.wc musluğundan ip gibi su akıyor işinizi görmüyor.yatak sanki yerde yatıyormuşsunuz hissi veriyor taş gibiydi uyku uyuyamadık.personel genel olarak güleryüzlü.709 no lu odada 4 gece kaldık.gece pencereler kapalı olmasına rağmen sürekli yol çalışması gibi bir ses ve araba sesleri geliyordu.

Otelde ki vale ve resepsiyon oldukça kibardı ancak oda da ve nevresimlerde çok yoğun sigara kokusu vardı. Onun dışında bir problem yaşamadım. Kahvaltısı orta düzeydedi. Yeterli otopark alanı yok bazen arabayı alıp götürebiliyorlar maalesef.

Hotel Anatolia çok eski zamandan beri Bursa'da hizmet veren sayılı, iyi ve nezih otellerden biriydi ancak bu son sefer gidişimizde tamamen bir hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Lüksünden eser kalmayışını bir kenara bırakıp temizlik ve COVID önlemleri konusunda sıfır olup, çalışanlarının ilgisiz ve özensizliği sebebiyle bir daha seçmemeyi düşündüğümüz bir otel olduğunu üzülerek bildirmek zorundayım. Oda temizliği ve toparlanması akşamı bulan, çalışanların maske takmadan yanımızda iş yapmaları, resepsiyonda görevlilerin sizi basitçe önemsemediği bir otele dönüşmüş. Müşteri portföyünden bahsetmek bile istemiyorum. Sanırım otelin güzelce bir elden geçmesi gerekecek ya da anlaşılan artık o eski iyi bildiğimiz otellerden biri olmadığını kabul edip başka otellere yönelmemize sebep olacak.
