一泊しました。 まずロケーションはかなりいいです。ボンネゴル駅を出て徒歩1分圏内でホテルに到着することができます。ロケーションを重視されている方にはいいと思います。 サービス•清潔度ですが普段日系ホテルに泊まったりエアビなどに抵抗がある方はやめな方がいいです。コンセント付近には電線が剥き出しで、まあ水回りの設備は古くあまり良い状態とは言えませんでした。また壁や鏡にはかなり年季が入っています。またアメティもほぼなく部屋の中にドライヤーもなかったです。（フロントに行けば貸し出してもらえます！） エアビ•ゲスハ等に普段泊まらない方はやめた方がいいと思います。ただ寝るだけのために予約するのはありです！

방값이 저렴하여 숙박하였다가 최악의 서비스를 경험하였습니다. 기본적으로 연락도 거의 안되고 호텔에 상주하는 직원이 없습니다. 이곳에서 체크아웃하며 물건을 두고 나가 분실하였는데 찾기가 불가능하였습니다. 아침에 방을 청소할 때 치웠던지 아니면 발견을 못하고 다음 숙박객이 가져갔던지 둘 중 하나인데 확인을 부탁하였지만 찾아주려는 시도도 하지 않고 수십통 전화한 끝에 3일만에 통화되고 나서 전적으로 물건을 두고 나간 사람 잘못이라며 경찰서에 신고하고 전화하지 말라고 하는 말만 들었습니다. 조명도 굉장히 어둡습니다. 서비스가 엉망이고 그래서 손님이 끊기고 가격이 싸지고 하는 악순환의 연속인 것 같습니다. I stayed here because the room was cheap, but experienced the worst service. Basically, even though a guest continue to maka call, there is no one who answer the phone and there is no staff stationed at the hotel. I forgot to leave something in my room and I couldn't find the item after checking out. The hotel did not retrieve the item and did not even try to retrieve it. Either the cleaners took it when they cleaned the room, or they didn't see it and the next guest took it. I called the hotel dozens of times, but they never answered the phone, and when the hotel answerthe phone for the first time in 3 days, I was told that it was entirely the fault of the person who left the item, and that if I wanted to report it to the police, I should report it and not to call any more. I asked them from the beginning to look for the item, but their response was very rude. The lighting in the room is also very dark. It seems to be a vicious cycle of poor service, loss of customers, and lower prices. 我住在这里是因为房间很便宜，但体验到了最差的服务。 基本上，即使客人不断打电话，也没有人接电话，酒店也没有工作人员驻守。 我忘记把东西留在房间里，退房后找不到该物品。 酒店没有取回该物品，甚至没有尝试取回。 要么是清洁工打扫房间时拿走的，要么是他们没有看到，下一位客人拿走了。 我给酒店打了几十次电话，但他们从来没有接听电话，当酒店三天后第一次接电话时，我被告知这完全是留下物品的人的错，如果我 想报警就应该报警，不要再打电话了。 我从一开始就要求他们寻找该物品，但他们的回应非常粗鲁。 房间里的灯光也很暗。 这似乎是服务差、客户流失和价格下降的恶性循环。 部屋が安かったのでここに宿泊しましたが、サービスは最悪でした。 基本的に、宿泊客が電話をかけ続けても電話に出る人はなく、ホテルにはスタッフも常駐していません。 部屋に忘れ物をしてしまい、チェックアウト後に探し物が見つかりませんでした。 ホテルは商品を回収しなかったし、回収しようともしなかった。 清掃員が部屋を掃除するときにそれを持っていったか、あるいは彼らがそれを見ずに次の客がそれを持っていったかのどちらかです。 ホテルに何十回も電話しましたが、一向に電話に出ず、3日ぶりにホテルが電話をうけた時、 それはすべて忘れ物をした人の責任であり、警察に届けようとしたら届けなさいと、もう以上電話しないくださいと言われました。 最初から探してみて欲しいとお願いしましたが、対応が非常に無礼でした。 部屋の照明もかなり暗いです。 サービスの低下、顧客の喪失、価格の低下という悪循環に陥っているようです。

방 냉장고에는 생수 2병이 있는데 그 2병을 다 먹으면 정수기 이용해서 받아 마시는게 불편했던거 말고는 정숙하고 좋았습니다.

My son was suddenly sick and we were there 40min. Early but when I was there and I explained and they understood and they made us to get in the room. I used room 707. There's a no entry light and dark until i put in room key on the wall. Well ..There's no door knob but it was fine . Toilet has problem but it doesn't mattered . I love huge bath tub and also queen bad was good. And kind of clean . But little bit smell like an old Marriott hotel lol. Good with hot yub water and I love it with this cheapest price. Just sleep will be OK. with hot bath tub. lol

For a single night, it was okay. There were a few issues that knocked it down to the rate I put it at, but I have a feeling this was more of a random mistake than a normal hotel issue Pros: -check-in was super easy. -very polite staff (most of whom spoke English well) and were very helpful in fixing the few issues I had. -located very close to a subway station (mabe 5 min.) -clean room Cons; -When I first checked in my room, there were now towels, complimentary water, nor a blanket. (This was taken care of by staff when I discussed it, and I was give a few complimentary snacks as an apology) -The foyer light in my room kept automatically turning on even throughout the night. I had an eyemask, so I just ignored it, but it was annoying and did wake me up a few times -while it is very close to a station, it isn't necessarily close to any tourist places.

西面からも近く、ポムネコル駅からも歩いてすぐでとても便利な場所でした。 フロントのスタッフはみなさんとても良い方でしたがいない率が高く困りました。 チェックアウト前後に荷物を預ける場所もフロント前の壁際に置くだけで誰でも出入りできる場所だし、常に誰か見てくれているわけでもないので西面駅のコインロッカーに入れました。 金額はとても安かったですがお部屋は広く湯船もシャワーもありました。 シャワーの水はけが悪く、翌日までトイレ床がびしょびしょでした。 スリッパが1つなのが謎でした。
