I away s prefer to stay in this hotel. Staff are very cooperative. Especially ms. Pinky tiwari’s behaviour is so nice. She ensures smooth check in & check out.

Very pathetic and very poor. Entire room had leakage and seepage and telephone not working. Tv not working and no drinking water and no kettle in the room. Stained pillow cover and stinky rooms. Lot of dust in the room. Bed sheet was used and fan was very very noisy and we could not even sleep as we were travel-ling from bangalore to delhi and we didn’t get rest. We when we call reception no one picked up and we walked up to reception and none of the staff was there. No electricity during rain cut and no power back up.

Don't expect anything fancy. While the actual room, bed and food (from room service) was fairly okay, the negatives were that the lift was not working and that there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom.

Dishrag and cups were not clean while serving breakfast. Toilet flush was not working. Tv was not working. Bad smell inside rooms.

The room was comfortable though the bathroom had some issues location is most convenient for me as a business visitor. food was good at the restaurant which has a bar. was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping staff

An overnight stay, comfortable, washrooms are too small. Didn't offer a single water bottle. Charged it for rs. 20. 00. Ok ok
