The check in counter and the walk way to the room is very hot and the room are very hot. They need to improve on these.

The best hotel in Butterworth area on all aspect.
Check out the fantastic paddy field at Permatang Batu which near to the hotel as well.

nice to stay for 1 night, the room good enough,
a few place visit including pantai bersih, RnR bagan ajam, and a bit further can visit ecopark Robina
the cleanliness need to be improve. especially aircond, because can smell the dust

Usual place for me to stay on my short trips to Bwrth.
Location is the best.
It's just that the room lights are pretty dim and no soundproof.
But worth the price paid.

It's an OK boutique hotel...
But must check the nearby Indian temple event, try to avoid it...
Coincidence my stay they have event, then lot noise and road jammed 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻
