Great hotel resort with All Inclusive meals and drinks. Excellent service and good quality amenities. Evening entertainment mainly suitable for families, with young children which is understandable.

Ongeziene keuze bij ontbijt!!!
Sommige gasten ruimden zelf hun plastieken bekertjes en bakjes niet op, door de wind gingen die dan op de grond en dat leek dan soms niet zo proper. Hotelpersoneel probeert wel snel op te ruimen.

Hotel dobry ale z drobnymi mankametami . Pokoje ładne i czyste , sfrefa basenowa także, piękna plaża przy hotelu. a wady to słabej jakości leżaki przy basenie , bardzo niewygodne i słabe jedzenie w restauracji

Hotel Pestana Porto Santo. W hotelu Pestana spędziłem tydzień we wrześniu. Hotel dobrze położony niedaleko plaży. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Na terenie hotelu piękny ogród i dużo zieleni. Siłownia mała i brakuje w niej ławeczki że sztangą. Nie wiem skąd te złe komentarze na temat jedzenia. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i duży wybór. Przez tydzień pobytu można było spróbować królika, wołowiny, kaczki, rekina, przepiórki, ośmiornicy, baraniny i owoców morza. Dobre restauracje tematyczne, a najlepsza MED. Polecam także barek przy basenie z chamburgerami i wołowiną w chlebie. Nie można narzekać również na alkohole, wszystkie oryginalne, a najlepsze wino Madera. Jedzenie w Pestanie dużo lepsze niż w sąsiednim, betonowym i bez charakteru hotelu Columbus. Wyspa jest mała i dzika, ale polecam wycieczkę po wyspie terenowymi jeepami. Zawsze dużą pomocą służy opiekunka zTUI, pani Marta. Warto podejść plażą do końca aby się wykąpać w krystalicznej wodzie pomiędzy malowniczymi skałami. Ręczniki plażowe na wyposażeniu hotelu. Berdzo dobrym rozwiązaniem są darmowe parawany i parasole ma plaży. Ogólnie pobyt uważam za udany, pomimo wysokich fal w oceanie w niektóre dni.

The hotel is lovely and lives up to the pictures, the rooms are well designed, the pools are excellent and there is plenty of space to spread out. The hotel is situated about 100 yds from a really excellent beach, it's very accessible and is very clean. The sea is a tad cool but hey it is the Atlantic. The staff are really helpful but the Pestana Group seem to be hiring workers straight from school and the training is on the job. The buffet was at best mediocre and sometimes did achieve even this level. At Breakfast the "bacon" has certainly been processed maybe once or twice but it has never been anywhere near a pig. The sausages were awful all and probably did not contain anything like meat. The eggs were put out in large numbers and and left until they were all gone. The food in the restaurants very nice compared with the buffet and well worth a visit. Overall a lovely stay just a pity about the buffet. I hope that the management read this review, a lovely hotel, and excellent staff let down by a poor buffet

We had a fantastic holiday at this resort. The staff were very attentive, food quality was good and our room was spacious and very clean. Pool areas were clean tidy and the gardens are well tended. The entertainment staff worked hard and long at keeping energy in the resort and having fun and smiles in the evening. Overall I would highly recommend this resort. The resort is connected to the incredible beach via a short boardwalk. We walked into the local town in some 45 mins, barefoot in the very soft sand. Wonderful

This is going to be a long one sorry folks, 5 star not in a million years the hotel is amazing the location amazing cleanliness first class, animation team first class with what they are given. This hotel is not geared up for British travellers it’s a Portuguese resort for them and there children. 5star you don’t have one beer only and that’s draft and hit and miss no proper mixers for the spirits, food you could always find something but we found ourselves having to wait for fresh so it was hot I could not recommend this place to uk people I wanted to go home after 3 days TUI need to rethink how they market this place and it’s rating.

The hospitality was 11/10! All staff were very warm and welcoming. The entertainment during the day & evenings were fantastic! Pedro brought so much energy to the shows!! The beautiful private beach was a lovely bonus! We'll be back soon!!
