We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

The location is great. Everything else is below par. I spend $ 2800 for an upgrade to a two bedroom penthouse yet they didn’t offer me free breakfast. Besides the food was terrible, selection was also not great. I wouldn’t want to stay again and wouldn’t recommend :(

No VIP benefits at all despite asking multiple times, almost felt like begging. No wine, no upgrade, no discounts, no late checkout, nothing.

The property was spread out with many stairs. The TV did not work for 5 days. They changed taxes and multiple property fees on every item purchased.
Property did not have a designated smoking area that was safe.

Great looking hotel with amazing views, pools, and gym. But needs work around the edges and details make it just an ok stay.

The resort is beautifully landscaped, impeccably clean, staff very attentive, food delish, drinks great especially on happy hour , beds very comfortable. We had a wonderful time staying at this resort.
