Most amazing views! Friendly staff. Property well kept. Prompt service, including golf cart drivers. So many pool options. Only complaint would be I wish our rooms were cleaner. Toilets, floors, showers, etc

We liked the beautiful grounds, the view, the food, the staff and the pools. We didn't like calling for transportation from the room to get around the property. More dedicated footpaths (without cart traffic), elevators and escalators could make it more walkable

The ocean view is fantastic.
Room condition is not good(lack of amenities).
I think there can be some likes and dislikes about using a golf cart when moving.

Truly one of my favorite resorts in Cabo. The staff is incredible, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. The only bad thing I experienced (on two separate visits) was that there were no towels available at the pool. The first occasion we had to wait 30 minutes before fresh towels arrived and on the second occasion, we waited about 2 hours. They did tell us that their laundering machines had broken and that they needed to bring them in from one of their sister resorts. Other than that, incredible stay.

This resort is far from all inclusive. Beware of hidden dining costs before booking. If your a vegetarian or vegan there are very limited options at the buffet which is only 1 of 3 places you can get your meals for all inclusive. All others have a cost. Disappointed in the way management handled a concern we had. Rest of staff is great and friendly.

The property is beautiful and service quality is very good. However, you cannot even touch the water at the beach and it’s far from an all inclusive feel. Every where you go, you need to sign your drinks / food to your room, even though it’s free. There also no mini bar service even though our room had a full size fridge.
Views are awesome and we could see whales breaching from our deck. The pools were chilly and not heated.
Highlights were the staff. Very very good waiters and pool staff that made the trip for us.

The views were beautiful all around the property. However we ran into our fair share of problems throughout the trip.
We purchased two suites with jacuzzis on our patio. We found a roach in one of our suites the size of our thumbs. Throughout the trip we were paranoid about a roach coming into one of our belongings.
We had a trip with my parents and they're a bit older. Traveling to restuarants or to the pools were a bit difficult because everything is so far away and hilly. We had to wait an average of 10 minutes everytime we called the bell boy for golf carts just to get around the property.
I ordered room service and was notifiied that my food would be delievered about an hour later. 2 hours passed and I still didn't receive my food so I called back to find out they had never put my order in.
Purchased a spa package from the front desk to find out the spa had no reservation times avaliable. Called the front desk back for a refund, and were told they could no refund us the amount.
There was a wedding on the weekend of our trip. We had neighbors that were screaming at the top of their lungs on their patio for 4 hours. Had to call the front desk to ask for help, but nothing changed.
The sky pool which is the best part of their property in my opinion was closed for the whole day due to a wedding and we didn't find out until we arrived to the pool. It would have been nice to find out they were closed atleast a day before so we can make some changes to our plans.

Great property! Some of the best resort food we’ve had in a long time. The staff is extremely friendly and provide great service. The rooms are a little older. Only a select few pools are heated not including the kids pool which would have been a nice feature. Overall great experience would for sure go back!
