Fabian, the bartender was fun and knowledgeable about tequila. Wonderful introduction to fine tequila. We came to try a tequila and ended up trying four—loved the crazy expensive AND the more reasonable on that Fabian recommended. We’ll be back for more!

The Ridge is the place to go for the ultimate relaxing experience. The food is delicious, the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is ideal for a fun yet still relaxing day. The service team really makes the difference. Not overly intrusive but also there for anything you may want. Unless you’re specifically looking for the entertainment at the lower pools, the Ridge is the place to be.

The Ridge at Playa Grande was amazing, and our server Uriel took care of our every need. Great service, great drinks, and good food at the Ridge Bar. Good for families and couples alike, and only a shot walk to the harbor. The staff is very attentive to your every need.

The staff at the Playa Grande made the trip worth while…so fun and friendly. Uri, Ofelia, Jose and Beni on the Ridge…Yani and Jose from Calima, Daniel at Brigatine and Martin, Eugilio and Ana at the Sports Bar….The food and drinks were delicious, the resort is beautiful and clean, a quiet beach area the pools were refreshing. We keep coming back year after year!

Consider “the ridge” at Playa Grande. We stayed here 7 years ago, and again this year. there are great views of both the ocean AND the harbour fm hilltop pools, along w great breakfast and great service fm Urie … and it’s quieter (ie you can get your own chairs easily) than main pool area.

great service from all the staff especially Jose and Uriel in ridge view restaurant. the rooms were very clean and the resort had a lot of great food and entertainment as well as nice pools and close to the beach. we took the all inclusive meal option

The workers are very polite and nice to work with, had a great experience with the workers they are quick and very fun to interact with. Very clean resort. So many activities to do. Great trip with your friends and family very relaxing. If visiting Cabo recommend this resort!

The playa grande is amazing . Service is so good ! Food and drinks were delicious. The pools and hot tubs are amazing. Close to all local beaches and shops . The room was clean . The ridge has a water slide and infinity pool . Sushi is delicious. Me, my husband and kids had the best time.

All the employees are great! Especially Ofelia & Uriel. Loved the outdoor dining facilities, pools, other dining choices, location, & great views of the Pacific Ocean and Cabo Harbor. Highly recommend the Ridge at Playa Grande resort. Convenient walking distance to downtown Cabo, the harbor, & shops.
