Reception is manned 24/7 which is not always the case with hotels/hostels in Spain. Room was spotless and the hotel is so convenient to walk to the Old Town area and shopping. Would gladly stay here again.

We liked this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped. It is a distance out of the old town, maybe 1km or a bit more but we had no problem walking in and out every day to see the sights or eat. We had a car and managed to find street parking nearby (the road down to the public pools).

The room was very recently renovated, with a very original, pleasing and practical design. The people at the reception were as kind and helpful as you can imagine. Excellent hotel.

Muy céntrico, cerca de todo lo que el turista va a tener que visitar. De aspecto renovado, recepción sobria que alegran los recepcionistas con su simpatía y amabilidad. La habitación muy adecuada, solo echamos en falta caja fuerte y una balda en la ducha para poder dejar el gel y champú. En general todo correcto que nos ha hecho una estancia muy agradable en Cáceres.

No nos gustó el hotel. Las toallas están tan gastadas y son tan malas que es una vergüenza que pongan eso para sec****, no secaban de hecho. El papel higiénico cutre, la habitación igualmente cutre y "las vistas" desde la habitación cual zulo... daban a un patio interior super estrecho y agobiante. El colchón tenía una funda con manchas muy asquerosas (aporto foto) Los colchones demasiado blandos. La falta de mesillas es un incordio. La atención podría haber sido mejor. Un timo pedir 150€ por noche a pesar de ser Puente de Diciembre.

hotel que esta como a menos de 10 minutos andando de la zona monumental, completamente renovado, habitación amplia, y muy limpia, el coche puedes aparcarlo en la calle en zona azul que los festivos es gratis, la calidad precio es excelente, muy recomendable

Camas muy cómodas. Limpieza regular. Servicio muy bien en la recepción, normal el resto. Poco mantenimiento. Se aparca mal en la zona. Tienen concierto con un parking cercano. Está bien situado. A 10 minutos caminando del centro y casco histórico. Varios sitios donde comer cercanos.
