This little hotel is more like a Bed & Breakfast! The proprietors are attentive and keep the property immaculate. We ate in the dining room for several meals and it was really good. The rooms were comfortable. Caen is a very special place, easy to navigate and full of charm. The hotel is walking distance to a top notch boulangerie (Bon Ble) and a well-stocked market. I highly recommend getting picnic foods and wander around the city.

Le Savoy is a wonderful Hotel , It is not posh but has all you need , The rooms are tidy and the beds are very comfortable my room had a small but adequate bathroom with a shower , There was a television and very good internet provided free , As a group my friends and my wife and I had breakfast and evening meals , The breakfast was continental but the evening meals were fantastic , The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble for them , We have stayed at this Hotel before but this was the first time under the present ownership and it has to be said they are making a great job of it , My friends and I will definitely stay at Le Savoy again in the future

Clean, comfortable hotel with car-park convenient for ferry port and sightseeing in Caen. 20 minutes drive from ferry port with late check-in available. (Be sure to set your satnav for the correct The Originals as there are two in Caen). Easy 25 minutes walk from the old city Charming English-speaking staff. Excellent buffet breakfast available.

Très bon hôtel original à Caen proche de la gare 500 mètres avec ligne de bus et tramway. Chambre tranquille avec ascenseur. Petit déjeuner tres bien jusqu'à 10h. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Possibilité de manger sur place très bon plats.

Impossible de se garer dans cette rue chambre au dernier trés petite, ne vaut pas le prix si je n'avais pas les points ORIGINALS HOTEL à déduire, jamais je dors ici pour ce prix ! Personnel sympa qui a fait que nous sommes restés là en heure tardive

Je recommande le restaurant. Un bon choix de plats à la carte et dans l'assiette, c'est très bon ! Personnel très agréable et chaleureux. Bonne carte des vins également. L'endroit est calme et convivial

Sono stato piacevolmente colpito soprattutto dall’atmosfera familiare che ho respirato dal mio arrivo. La stanza era sufficientemente grande e completa di tutto l’essenziale. In quanto motociclista, ho apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto nell’ampio cortile per pochi euro. Completa la colazione. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Scelta azzeccata. Ci tornerei.
