Amazing customer service, the staff are lovely and helpful. Also the rooms have smart TVs which are great for movie nights

Very nice hotel in that region. One of the best I've stayed. Facilities are complete. Only thing that shocked me was parking is not free.

酒店是渡假村，有著名高爾夫俱樂部和7家不同風格餐廳，泳池sap，房間有拖鞋，而且對入住時間和退房時間沒那麼苛刻。早餐也豐富！

Considering it was half term and busy hotel was calm and pleasant. Pool was lovely and breakfast very good. Bed comfy and will use this hotel again

Loved everything thing about the hotel but, more attention to detail is needed in the room cleaning, e.g. paintwork needs wiping down, more dusting required.
Only disappoin**ent was the changing facilities in the health club. Changing room is way to small for use by both the club and the spa. We waited 10 minutes for a space to be able to change.

Firstly why should you have to pay ridiculous prices to park a car, if this was in the middle of a big city I would understand.
Also this is a completely cash less resort. I did not know about this before I went and I had cash on me for the our stay. Cash is the legal tender for the country and one of the largest hotels in our country do not take the legal tender. I was made to feel

Hotel rooms looking tired now. Paint flaking off in many places.
Be careful in the restaurant as they ask if you’d like some water and then bring spring water which is chargeable. Their latest trick at getting more money from you.
Also swimming is pre bookable, don’t know why as they introduced this after the first lockdown as part of social distancing.
