Hotel Jean XXII

This is a charming boutique hotel within walking distance of Cahors main attractions and the train station. We had the triple room with a lovely window and the extra space made it great for sorting all our walking gear. All credit to Remi and Romane for making this such an enjoyable place to stay.

A really great stay. I was here with 4 friends on a tour of the region and the Rugby World Cup. What made the stay enjoyable was the enthusiasm and care we were shone by the staff, We were offered restaurant reservations and just a really comprehensive welcome. zWellk done.

This is a beautiful little hotel close to the centre of Cahors with free parking just across the road. The owners were friendly and charming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also great with coffee freshly made by our hostess. The hotel is located in a very old and historic building (a former Dues palace no less!) and has retained all the charm of this, but very sympathetically modernised. It was very hot whilst we were there but the building retained a coolness and we were also delighted to find that our bedroom had air conditioning, even though it was not advertised as such. Our room was designated for three people even though there were only two of us, so it was large and spacious with a flight of stairs going up to our bedroom, with the third bed and bathroom below. We found the hotel and our hosts to be just charming!

Première étape sur le chemin de Saint Jacques, Hôtel bien situé, au calme, charmant et très accueillant. La dame de l’accueil est très aimable et serviable.

Bonjour, au centre de Cahors avec un parking gratuit à deux pas. Très bon accueil, toutes les informations nous sont données. Chambres un peu petites mais il ne manque rien. Bon petit déjeuner , vous pouvez en redemander et tout cela avec le sourire.

Nous avons passé une nuit a Cahors et on a trouvee le Jean XXII. Bien que seulement 2 étoiles, il était très bien noté (TripAdvisor /***********). On a fait la reservation par le site propre de l’hôtel, au meme prix que sur ***********. On a fait un excellent choix. L’hôtel est situé pres de l'ancienne ville, parking disponible et gratuit a moins de 5 minutes. Chambres simples mais confortables (très bonne literie). Accueil parfait, très sympa. Le petit déjeuner continental incluait pas un choix énorme, mais avait des options vegan et des produits bio. On apprécie. En conclusion: 100% recommendable

Petit hôtel de charme idéal pour visiter le joli centre historique de Cahors. Joliment décoré et propreté des chambres, petit déjeuner simple mais copieux. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. À noter la grande gentillesse et les conseils avisés de Romane.

Formidable adresse en plein centre du vieux Cahors! L'accueil est absolument charmant et efficace grâce à Romane, la chambre très confortable, spacieuse et joliment décorée, le petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Je recommande !
