The overall stay was excellent and the rooms were spacious! Location was near to many amenities and places of interest. However, some areas of improvement include (1) the blades of one of the ceiling fans was fixed wrongly causing the air to blow inward instead of outward; (2) washing machine was cranky and noisy after turning on with load; and (3) the WiFi strength was quite poor which caused us to disconnect quite a number of times and video streaming was bad.

酒店位於凱恩斯核心海邊商圈，距離夜市碼頭商業街等步行皆可到達。酒店屬於公寓型酒店，可提供多卧室房型，房間面積超大，配有大露台，辦理入住時服務人員講解細緻。酒店屬於公寓模式，沒有日常的客房服務，同時需要大家自己清理掉屋內垃圾，扔到樓下垃圾箱內，所以大家可以根據不同訴求來做選擇。

住的山水晶景房3室2衞 非常寬敞舒適 床墊真是舒服 陽台超大超寬 景色迷人 廚房餐具齊全 面對大海做飯絕美了 地理位置絕佳 對面就是是海 左手出去就是街道商店 即可以逛街也可以在海邊棧道散步 酒店工作人員甜甜微笑永掛臉上 一起來的5個朋友都特別滿意

케언즈 내에서 관광을 하기에 위치도 나쁘지 않고 데스크에 있는 직원들도 모두 친절하며 가격대비 방이 엄청 크고 좋았습니다. 세탁기나 건조기 편의시설이 모두 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다.

We had a amazing stay here, the view we had was outstanding to say the least. In a good area and near everything you could need for your stay.
We will definitely come back and stay in the property again when we are back in Cairns again.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom apar**ent 604 for 6 nights. It was a brilliant choice for accommodation - roomy, in excellent condition, with an outlook across the park to the cruise ship terminal. Just a short walk to the Reef Terminal for day trips (Green Island and Outer Barrier reef). Very handy to lots of retaurants and cafes along the waterfront. Quiet at night. Flexible check-in, we arrived at 11am and were allocated a room immediately. Would certainly book here again.
