This is a beautiful hotel in the middle of absolutely nowhere. There is nobody staying at the hotel and nobody anywhere nearby. Locals call this area "Sisi's Ghost Town" - it is well over an hour into Cairo without any traffic. We had trouble getting any transportation into the City or back. It is eerie how completely empty the place is - I will never stay here again.

The hotel is awful, the staff is very rude starting from reception to house keeping, especially house keeping. the pool was not heated because the hotel is empty. the food is terrible, there was no varieties at all the chefs are not helpful. the full experience was boring. the beds are not clean we filmed a video for a lot of weird insects inside the bed and they didnt want to change the bed sheets Please avoid this hotel totally

The staff is more than excellent. helpful, friendly, enjoyed their work,and they do their best to make you feel comfort during your stayat. Special thanks to Mr.Mohamed reservation manager, slama bellman, Chef Sherif F&B manager. So if your purpose relaxes, this is your place. I will definitely come back 👌

A recepção do hotel é impressionante, grandiosa, um luxo. Os quartos são amplos, bem iluminados. O banheiro é espaçoso. Há mais de um restaurante no hotel. Deve se tomar cuidado com qual elevador tomar, pois nem todos levam para todos os quartos.

Lujo aparente, aunque la realidad es que el servicio del hotel es de 2 estrellas. El hotel está muy lejos de todo, como a unos 50 minutos de cualquier sitio, es un hotel sin vida, vacío…no hay absolutamente nada alrededor El personal del bar, mal educado, prepotente y sin una pizca de ganas de trabajar, pedimos un par de platos de pasta y dos Coca-Colas, las cuales trajeron sin vaso, solo nos trajeron tenedor y cuando fuimos a pedirle cuchara, cuchillo y sal, nos puso mala cara diciendo que esto no es un restaurante… a pesar de tener la carta a la vista para pedir… y que comimos en el mismo sitio el día anterior. El exterior del hotel ( hamacas, sillas…mesas) muy sucio. Los cristales del hotel hace meses q no se limpian. La habitación, grande, limpia y lujosa, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido horroroso, tuvimos que apagarlo, porque era imposible dormir con semejante ruido. Las tarjetas de las puertas, se des configuran todos los días, y hay q bajar a que las vuelvan a codificar Somos un grupo de 113 personas. Y el 90% opinamos lo mismo

Un bel hotel au milieu du désert. Spacieux, luxueux mais à voir dans la durée. Personnel sympathique à la réception et au restaurant. Le buffet est bon mais les repas â la carte mettent des heures à être servis. Piscine très agréable. Il faut compter 40 minutes pour rejoindre le Caire en voiture.
