I spent a couple of nights at the Holiday Inn Al Maadi, on the 14th and 15th of January. Staffs are friendly, helpful and joyful. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in. The pillows are very fluffy. I slept like a baby. The room is clean and spacious and most of all, in the morning, I had a nice view of the Nile. The 1st day, I could even see the 3 pyramids from a far. The breakfast offered a wide variety. As for the dinner buffet, I would have preferred a widest choice of international cuisine. But the best experience was the night I was waiting to leave. I enjoyed their happy hour: not only they offered to all of us a free beverage of our choice and many small canapés to taste, but we had the wonderful chance to enjoy music as a young lady was playing Harp! Good location to explore Cairo, not too far from the pyramids, the mommies museum or the Al khalili souks for instance, I definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Al Maadi if you're seeking a simple and practical place.

Such great hospitality here make sure you ask for Rusha when you arrive. She will give you all of the loving energy you need to know that Cairo is a place you can call home. They have a lovely happy hour each day where you can meet so many people from around the world and connect in the beautiful lobby lounge.

Great Location and easy access. Excellent service. We had a small mishap in our booking and had booked a smoking room. So when I was checking in to the hotel, I mentioned this and they did not have any non-smoking rooms. Mr. Sayed - The duty manager upgraded us without any extras. Great view of the city at night. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a decent variety. We did order a few meals via room service, and it was good too,

I stayed there for a day use and it was exceeded my expectations with their hospitality , everything was amazing the room, pool and even the snacks served were fresh and tasty specially the burger , and the view from the pool was breathtaking. Sure it’ll not be the last time!!
