Horrible place, dirty and unkept premises. Piles of rubbish at the entrance. Breakfast as horrible. The photos and description of this boutique hotel are totally misleading on ***********. We were awaken by someone opening the door of our room at 6'AM. The receptionist tried to convince us that the next door guest had explained made a mistake... how could he unlock the door with the key to his room ??Anyhow we moved out immediately. How could *********** offer this filthy place to tourists I don't understand.

Great location. Clean, functional, very comfortable. All you need as a base. Friendly staff that very helpful with any request. continental style breakfast. Bathroom was clean and air-conditioning working fine.

A good choice if you want a city centre location for a couple of nights, I chose it because it was close to Ramsis Railway Station... Problem arises because there are no external signs to tell you where it is and also one of the photos of it is not of the correct building but one across the other side of the ''square'', luckily one of the local shop keepers recognised the name and pointed me back across the roundabout which I had just negotiated with 25kgs of luggage playing dare with the Cairo traffic. Even then it was difficult because the entrance is within a rather grotty staircase next to the coffee stall up a flight of 10 steps until you get to the lift... Once inside it is fine though, nice clean rooms although the bathrooms are a bit old.. I recommend that you get a room at the back as it will be less noisy. Load of places to eat not far away, and there are shops...

Fraudulous hotel. The hotel couldn't give us the room we payed for and we agreed on a lower fee because of this.. Afterwards, they refuse to pay the amount back via *********** and making dumb excuses not to pay for it. We made the revervation via ***********, so we are still in the process of pressing (legal) charges against them. So they are just criminals who want to rip you off. Really not worth it at all. Also it is a very dirty hotel with mold in the bathroom and overall bad/disgusting hygeine. The floor is mopped with the same dirty black mop as the toilet. Breakfast is really nothing, rather eat somewhere outside. No friendly staff, they have same the arrogance as the thief owner of this hotel.

I paid for my room online yet when I arrived at 8 pm they told me that no room is available! They suggested I find another hotel while I already PAID for 3 nights at this dirty hotel. I had to wait till after midnight to get a room! The room was dirty and equipment were falling apartment - eventhough the hotel was newly renovated. The breakfast is poor ( only 2 cheese sandwiches).
Not recommended at all.

nice location in the down town, you can reach to anything by walking. good for singles only, not for couples or families. the price is very reasonable as it consider that you rent a bed, and for sure not luxury place.
