The worst hotel that I every stayed
I tried to find an accommodation close to where the food are but I regretted my decision to stay at Lombok Plaza hotel and I could not change to other hotel as I already re-paid the hotel.
The hotel stayed in the past with many of the room facilities I have not seen in the very very long time ie.: the kettle (it was huge and dirty), safe deposit box (small, bulky and definitely ancient), AC (very noisy and not cold enough with only wind blowing), drinking cup was dirty, phone very outdated, TV was from the stone age with remote control only working within 60-cms from the screen (what the use of having remote control then), fridge (not cold and many rusty part can be seen) and worst is the towel smell musty and not fresh.
Not only that the bathroom is dirty with black fungus, toilet was ancient and not very stable, bath amenities is so cheap that I have to use my own, linen was no longer white and leaking AC which I had to put bucket underneath it.
I tried to be positive and try to find something which I can say but it is very hard for me to find anything good. Staff problem solving is not exist, they unable to open the safe deposit box in my room (they brought like almost hundred of small keys but it did not work) then she went to the lobby but I cannot wait, therefore I go down and asking to use the safe at the front desk which are the same as the one in the room however the lock mechanism cannot work and they unable to solve it. The car parking is quite dark and motorbikes all over.
Very disappointed with the management of this hotel which seems do not really care about customer service and I believe this is not the first time a customer saying the same thing as I read the same complaint in trip.com few years or months ago but seems no improvement made.
Will I return? NEVER……not even whey they pay me to stay again.
