差到極致，房間沒空調，我們去的那幾天天氣是最熱的，跟酒店溝通，一句無能為力打發我們了，連個電扇也不給，讓他們派人來修，催了一天終於來了，來了説修不好這間房間就是這樣的，同行朋友的房間空調巨好，我還比他們房間價格貴，氣死了，從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店

Travelled at the beginning of April and was a little concerned after reading some of the most recent reviews (holiday was booked in August 2023) however, we had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were large with a free safe (much bigger than any I've seen before) and a mini fridge. The balcony was a great size and mine was overlooking the pool and had a mountain view. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed if you left them in the bath. Food was great...lots of selection, with eggs and bacon cooked while you waited at breakfast and English sausages. Evening meal was also really good and again there were meat and fish options available to order. Must make a special mention about Pedro in the dining room who chatted to us each day and found out market days for us. He also suggested Cala Rajada as a day out. We got the bus there and back and it was well worth the visit. All the staff were lovely and friendly and as we were checking out very early in the morning before breakfast, the reception staff organised a boxed breakfast for us all. We all felt this was a really thoughtful thing to do. Cala Bona itself was lovely but a little quiet at this time of year, although the beautiful weather made up for it. I would definitely return to this resort and hotel but maybe when it's a bit more open.

Nice hotel, good rooms/staff and facilities. It’s kind of on the outskirts of Cala bona so it’s not the busiest of areas, but a nice harbour. Room walls are quite thin I could hear my mate snoring next door. There is a cockerel nearby which crows a lot, if you’re on the back side of the hotel be warned you will be kept up and they do start early. I wouldn’t have minded if I’d been told but I barely slept the first night and then had to pay to upgrade to the other side, having to pack and unpack again

On arrival room had a shower over the bath which was not suitable. Would like to go again but have been informed that this hotel do not guarantee shower type even to customers with a disability. Any advice on who to book with to guarantee shower type?

We hadn’t been abroad since before lockdown,so felt this trip was really welcoming. The hotel position was lovely over looking the harbour. It was good having half board,as we didn’t have to search for meals to eat in the evenings,but could try lighter meals in the local restaurants at lunchtime. It wasn’t possible to get the shuttle direct to the hotel as the road outside was very narrow,but we were dropped off very close,so that was not a problem. Food,staff hotel etc very good. Only slight problem, as we had to leave in the morning before the restaurant opened,we had not been told we had to book a take away breakfast the day before,so nothing set up for us. Fortunately,we managed to not leave until the restaurant just opened and then to quickly pick up something to eat on the way to the airport. We had the same problem on arrival, after the restaurant had closed, but this was realised and there was a cold supper laid out for when we arrived ,which was fine.

Just returned from a week at this hotel, we had a sea view junior suite which we didn’t choose it was the only room that came up when we booked with Easyjet, it was not expensive at all so I didn’t expect much but it was wonderful, very spacious, robes and slippers, coffee and water (restocked every day bar one), coffee machine, fridge, air con, safe, toiletries, and that view, just lovely. Breakfast was good, loads of choice, dinner was fine on the days we ate there (the price for half board was cheap enough so we didn’t feel bad about eating out some days too). We arrived late and were told to help ourselves to some food and water in the restaurant, just some bread, salad and fruit but it was very welcome after our journey. Pool area was quite busy but we always got a sun bed, we preferred the terrace up the stairs, it felt a bit more spacious. There is a building going up with a crane that you can see from that side of the hotel, it wasn’t particularly noisy and never bothered us. Nice food and drinks at the pool bar. I found all the staff I encountered to be friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

This is the worst hotel I have visited in Cala Bona. Paid extra for sea view suite which only had a 5 foot by 5 foot balcony (smallest at hotel). Paid for upgrade to top floor suite with pool. Pool was unsafe all wood around side broken. If you touched steps they lifted from base when wood had snapped. Red ants over balcony. Breakfast was quite good but dinner was awful. We ended up eating out every night as food was so bad. Plus side found lots of good places to eat. Entertainment day and evening was not at all good. Would not recommend this hotel to others. Needs lots of work and review of food. Paid a lot of money to TUI and then extra to hotel for rubbish rooms.

This has to be the worst hotel i have stayed in over 40 years of holidays. It is not a hotel it is a dirty old hostel and even that it being kind. Pool area was in poor condition, dirty sun beds and could do with a good clean. The first room I was allocated was dirty. The second one was cleaner but we ended up with a view of next door garden instead of pool. Food was little more than slop, under cooked not presented hot enough to eat. Obviously end of season so using up what they had if freezer. As my week went on the food got less and less. They even ran out of butter, I do not mind old hotels as long as they are clean but this was not clean. I was allocated the wrong room on arrival but the hotel and jet 2 insisted it was what I requested. I am still waiting on an Jet 2 explaining what happened. The next stage in this review asks for a review title s@* hole is what I would like to put but assume that will stop it getting posted. Avoid like the plague
