Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß und hell sehr schön.
Restaurant ist groß und hat eine gute Auswahl.

Średni hotel. Bardziej 3 gwiazdki niz 4. Slabe animacje i wieczorne przedstawienia itp. Pokoje bardzo czyste. Zero insektów. Blisko ladna plaża. Sam hotel bez szału i luksusów. W spokojnej okolicy. Obsługa ok. W hotelu sami Niemcy. Baseny dla dzieci ok. Jedzenie ok. Wszystko takie bez jakiegoś efektu wow. Dobra baza wypadowa.

To pierwsze wakacje naszego syna i hotel to strzał w dziesiątkę. Jedzenie można by było urozmaicić ale 10 miesięczny syn nie chodził głodny. Podgrzewany basen w październiku to mega przyjemność dla syna. Animacje mega. Obsługa pomocna i miła. Każdy znajdzie minus ale nie były tak duże aby je tu wypisywać.

Great family hotel with a lovely town only 10 minutes walk in a coastal footpath. Rooms were clean and modern, though make sure you ask for a larger family room if travelling as more than a couple. Some reviews here are misinformed - kids pool is not at a sister hotel, for example. Do your own research. Three outdoor pools, though one is very busy and was impossible to sit next to. No food available after 9pm. Access to the sea is difficult and not as advertised despite a jetty. Take swim shoes for the rocks. No sand. Drinks are great (and actually alcoholic unlike some all inclusives). Find Kenneth in the restaurant, behind the grill. Nothing was too much to ask of him and he even got our favourite dishes put back on the menu for an extra night.

Nice place, great staff, good location, all inclusive is good, except the desserts. But it is far too noisy! Loud music by the pool, kids running around screaming everywhere. I would only go there again if they made a place, eg. A lounge for adults. There was nowhere to sit in quiet. Great place for family's with children though.

Wouldn't never book with tui again after the experience there and very uncooked chicken. And tui after care has been awful We had so many complaints and tui just brush them all under the carpet. I was extremely ill from.the food again tui wasn't bothered

The staff were more interested in closing the hotel down than catering for the guests. Days before the hotel was due to close choices in the restaurant were reduced quantities were reduced. The same went for the bars ie draught.mixers taste of soda water only no flavour of cordial.

Lovely hotel clean and modern Beautiful room with sea view Food was very nice and good selection Local bus to a beautiful beach 10 mins away Would recommend lots for children to do and kids clubs very helpful Will be going back
