All was very good

great location just round corner from the harbour 5 min walk staff in hotel are very friendly always a good atmosphere in musc bar with good entertainment and food in restaurant is good i have been here several times and each time the hotels standards are very good i would recomend hotel to anyone.

Great aircon. Comfy bed, loads of coat hangers. Single room with double bed, fridge, safe, balcony with pool view. Towels not the greatest but had clean ones everyday. Clean rooms and hotel. Lovely friendly staff.. Free WiFi. Safe in room TV,.. Breakfast.. Cereal, yogurts meats, cheese. Full English, toast, pastries. Choice of juices, Dinner.. Soup, salad meats, fish potatoes chips, veg, even mushy peas with your fish & chips. Large slices of various cake, rice pudding, fruit, jelly, icecream, apple crumble. Great entertainment finished at 11.30pm. Great location, near the Marina and the beach. Plenty of shops, restaurants near and you can easily walk into Cala Millor and beyond. Bus stop round the corner. Everything you need close by. My first solo holiday and I felt very comfortable. Future visits to Cala Bona I will defiantly be staying here. The staff and owners are a credit to this hotel nothing was to much trouble

This was a break to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were allocated a room on the 4th floor with a sea view. The room was spotless with the bed comfortable, it felt hard on arrival but we both slept very well. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good choice, if I were to make a comment it would be that the hot items could have been at a higher temperature, but it is difficult to keep buffet items hot. The entertainment was good and well attended with the servers friendly and attentive remembering your preferred drink from day 1. The only issue that we had in the bar was the smoke drifted inside and due to the amount of smokers it was difficult to get a table where you couldn't smell smoke. Cristina on reception was great, professional and friendly. Specific thanks must go to Aina who arranged our shuttle bus transfer. This is a family run hotel and it was good to see the family involved in the day to day running of the hotel, I feel this personal touch makes it a much better experience for the guest. My 5th time here and another 5 star stay. The staff are wonderful. Cristina on reception is great got a lovely welcome on arrival and the 2 new reception team are just as good. Unfortunately I had to raise a complaint about noisy neighbours this was dealt with efficiently. The bar staff: amazing. Francesca remembered my drink of choice from day 1 and the other staff on the bar, sorry I cannot remember your names, were just as good including the 2 new lads. The 4th floor housekeeping lady was great always took the time to say good morning with a smile. The room was super clean, given a spruce everyday except Sunday when the hard working housekeeper got a day off. This was the first time I’d been on the front of the hotel and was a little concerned it would be noisy, but no I slept like a log possibly helped by a few bacardi and cokes (the measures in the hotel bar are great) had a lovely big balcony with great views. The pool is great with plenty of sun loungers and again spotlessly clean. Food: breakfast each day was amazing with lots of choice and HP sauce. Good quality juices and great coffee to cure the hangover. The evening meals were good with a varied menu including Sunday roast and Spanish dishes. Entertainment every night and was varied and good standard. Plenty of sports on what seems like a million tv’s in the bar, so even when you go to get your next drink you don’t miss the action. There were couples and solo travellers staying and those I got talking to were lovely. The hotel is such a happy place and I could not think of staying anywhere else in Cala Bona. I hope this hotel stays family run for years to come. I can’t wait to get back there next year. Team Sur, thank you for another amazing holiday.

Fabulous stay here..rooms with everything I needed ... excellent service from all the staff...the entertainment was above average on the nights we were there.. Breakfast was far better than expected...could not fault..

Yet another great holiday in this lovely hotel, our second one this year, nothing is too much trouble in this place to make sure your holiday is a good experience, from Christina on reception, to Guillem, Cristina,Francoise, Pedra, Juan and the other bar staff they go all out to make sure you get the service you require. This hotel is a family owned and family run hotel and Lorenzo, Cattie and Aina will ensure you have a great holiday. The food is tasty and plentiful both at breakfast and evening meal with plenty of choice for all tastes and preferences. If there is anything you need or have forgotten to bring ther is a great supermarket next door to the hotel with a good selection of items and the manager and staff are only too willing to get you what you need. We have been coming to this hotel twice a year for a few years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else and are already booked for 2024.

We booked our holiday through Jet2, it was advertised as a 2 star hotel so we didn’t expect much. When we arrived we were so disappointed. The superior room that we had booked was small and was very short of hanging space for clothes and space to store luggage. The bathroom was functional but the grouting had turned black was the tiles were old. We contacted Jet 2 and expressed our concerns and we’re told that a representative would meet on us on Friday ( we had arrived on Wednesday). Breakfast was ok, but choices very limited and produce cheap. It was also a canteen type buffet where you had to take and clear your plates after eating. We didn’t stay for evening meals. We spoke to rep on Friday and we’re informed that it was a 1star hotel but Jet2 thought it deserved 2stars! Entertainment was loud and reminiscent of a night out in Blackpool. Definitely not our cup of tea. Would not recommend

Hotel is a 2 star and it luves down to those stars. Beds were uncomfortable and very small. I had a double room to myself, and it would have been a real squeeze with 2 people.No kettle in my or my friends room so take your own. We paid nearly £900 ROOM ONLY in August and was expecting better. Also photos don't shoe properly that there is a BRITISH BAR right underneath hotel which has Karoke and Tribute acts on till 12 midnight. My room was on 1st floor and I could hear every song. 1 upside was the pleasant staff who really tried to sort out the bed problem.
