Lovely spacious clean room! This hotel is so friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble! Such a clean hotel, food lots of choice too! Drinks were excellent! Never had trouble getting a sunbed, pool clean, the lifeguards were very attentive! Can't recommend this hotel enough! 10 mins to cala bona town and 20-25 walk to millor , beautiful coastal walk, very flat X hotel also accessible for wheelchair users x

Thank you to all the lovely staff at Ferrer Lime Isabel, we’ve had an amazing holiday. I can’t fault anything about the hotel, the whole of the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are a lovely spacious size, the food is tasty with plenty of choice, their is entertainment each night & the staff are all lovely & friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated with a short walk to the little town or there is a free shuttle bus to Cala Millor. Thanks for a fab holiday xx

This was our first stay here and we had a lovely week. The hotel was in a great location and very clean with generous size rooms. Staff were all excellent with the exception of one female member of the bar staff team who was rude,impatient and generally grumpy everytime we saw her which was a shame as everybody else from maintainence,housekeeping, restaurant, reception and pool attendants were very friendly and attentive. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds and pool is large. There is a supermarket across the road in another hotel but it is overpriced so try to buy at Cala Bona shops. Only small critcism is that if you are staying on bed and breakfast option then there is no snsck bar available so you will need to pay to use the dining room

A WONDERFUL STAY EVERYTHING WAS TOP NOTCH .STAFF SO PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY.ROOMS SO SPACIOUS AND CLEAN .FOOD GREAT PLENTY OF CHOICE , FOR CHILDREN AS WELL . ENTERTAINMENT EVERY NIGHT .BAR SERVICE GOOD .ALL INCLUSIVE WELL WORTH IT FOOD ALL DAY .TRY THE FERROR ISOBEL YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED .

Lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds. Reception staff are all very polite and helpful and gave us 2 rooms next to each other which was appreciated. The free shuttle bus to Cala Millor was very useful and drivers were very pleasant. The food was a bit repetitive and didn’t like the way a lot of the younger people just pushed in front all the time. Maybe certain nationalities don’t understand the concept of queuing? Less ‘yip, yip yipping’ from Alex during the bingo would be good 😂😂

All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The room we had was extremely spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and spotlessly cleaned. Around the pool there were plenty of sun beds and the pool attendant went out of his way to offer assistance to guests. The hotel provided a complimentary minibus into Cala Millor which is a great asset. For those who like a walk the hotel is close to Cala Bona seafront and the walk along the seafront from Cala bona to Cala Millor is lovely. We will definitely be returning here.

We had a fabulous time at this little gem of a hotel. The whole hotel is spotless and beautiful decor. The staff are incredible. The food was great especially the deserts! We were all inclusive and it was great value for money. Our room was cleaned to the highest standard every day and the cleaner was so friendly. This was our first time in Cala Bona and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel.

What a disappointment to say the least. Food very poor quality using left overs. Greasy, stomach churning, the whole place felt off in fact. Clientele a bit rough and the staff were not particularly helpful or pleasant. Not worth the money.

What a gem of a place !!! Super staff , spotless everywhere . So impressed given it’s a 3 star . The food was fine plenty choice . Management should be very proud 😊 I had an injury on my last day the staff could not have been more caring and helpful. Thankyou for a wonderful stay
