The whole experience was excellent. All staff were great and efficient. Great quality food and drinks, particularly considering quality cost ratio. All common areas, and room continuously being cleaned. Definitely a place I would like to repeat next year.

On arrival the lady who was at the reception desk was very rude, she didn’t even bother to say hello to us, after checking out passports she told us she did not believe that it was us who had made the hotel booking, very disappointing that we also did not get shown where things were at this hotel, bar,food etc. food wasn’t very nice either, we had raw Turkey one night. I didn’t have high standards for this hotel as it isn’t a 5* but I thought it would be better than this

We have just arrived home after spending 11 days at the hotel, the location is great but everything is very poor. Had to make several complaints throughout our stay to the jet2 rep, definitely needs a total revamp and not a 3 star in my eyes and I'm no snob. Rooms were very run down, unclean and everything was rusty. I cleaned the room myself when I arrived as hair everywhere, even fridge. I paid for the suite which stated cleaning everyday that didn't happen. After a couple of days offered a different room but same standard. Very minimal choice in the restaurant and nothing for kids except pasta, chips every night so we had to eat out everynight. Coffee is like dishwater oh and the cups you have to leave €1 for and use to drink round the pool are awful. Communal areas very tired and dirty, I know it's end of August and staff are tired but not friendly at all, once we made our complaint the manage turned his back everytime he saw us but then 6 days into holiday advised jet2 rep he'd like to offer us towls for round pool or a safety deposit box as a good will gesture- no thanks. Cala d'Or is a beautiful place and we will return but will definitely be staying away from this hotel.

We had a 10 night stay here. The Apartment was a good size, with all that is required, however a microwave would have been an asset. The location was excellent, very convenient for days out and shops, and the surroundings are pretty. House keeping call every day, however, did not change the bed linen at all during the stay. Apartment was clean on the surface, but when looking closer under the bed, the floor was full of hairs and dust. The pool was slightly overcrowded at times, and with grown men jumping in constantly and almost hitting my child, we only used it twice. There were also dead flies floating. Cleanliness needs improving. The nearby beach is much better for a swim! The food and selection was repetitive, but fresh and delicious also. I was surprised that drinks needed to be paid for with evening meal only when half board, but not a problem for us as we drink water with meals. The phone did not work when I tried to call at midnight to complain about teenagers smashing bottles and using a bass speaker in the next room. Child woken up 4 times that night. Unfortunately, what really brought our stay down, was the evening "entertainment". Absolutely awful. Extremely and overly loud, my child has sensory processing difficulties, and it was unbearable for her every evening if our stay from the apartment. Baby shark on repeat and unnecessarily loud. On the second night of our stay, one guest was allowed to literally scream into the microphone continuously. The woman hosting this entertainment openly admitted that the hotel next door frequently call the police to the hotel due to the noise. She needed to end one of the nights early because of it. If you would like your children asleep before midnight, or want a peaceful evening on your balcony, this is not the place. Overall, despite the positives mentioned, we would not stay here again.

The hotel staff is the best part about our stay in this hotel. They are super friendly and are helping with anything they can. Big thanks to Rima, Pablo, Boris and Christian who made our stay unique. They are the animation team and they are wonderful with our people with disabilities. They gave them a cheerful time and the people will definitely remember them. Also thanks to the super friendly reception team, to Eddie from the bar and to all the others who's names I cannot remember 😅. The hotel itself is at a good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. You will have a nice stay there.

Avons passé une semaine en tout inclus avec deux enfants. Avions demandé chambre RDC vue jardin ce qui a été respecté donc très agréable. Belle végétation, hôtel calme. Personnel vraiment très agréable (serveuses extrêmement souriantes 😉, cuisinier sympathique, barman Eddy très sympathique aussi, réception et femmes de ménage aussi). Restaurant avec buffet plutôt varié et bon. Juste un petit peu dommage que le restaurant ferme le soir à 21 heures, un peu tôt en vacances. Piscine plutôt agréable (personnellement nous y étions très peu en journée). Seuls points à améliorer: rafraîchissement à prévoir eu niveau des chambres un peu vieillottes et odeur pas très agréable peut être due à cela? Et prévoir balai dans les chambres car même si le ménage ne nécessite pas d’être fait tous les jours, le sable s’accumule vite. Belle situation pour profiter de toutes les criques alentour (nous avions une voiture). Il y a aussi une petite crique accessible à pied. C’est dans l’ensemble un bon hôtel 3 étoilées à notre avis comparé à d’autres.

Das Frühstück taugt nicht viel. Der Kaffee und die Fruchtsäfte schmecken grauslich bitter und pappsüß. Die Auswahl an Wurst Käse und Brot ist mager und von minderer Qualität. Gäbe es den Eiermann nicht mit seinen Omeletts und die Auswahl an frischen Früchten, müßte man außer Haus frühstücken gehen. Dem Mittag-und Abendessen kann man die Schulnote 3+ geben, wenn man einen robusten Magen hat. Es wird recht fettig gekocht. Die Qualität des Gebotenen ist m.E. der Mehrzahl englischer Gäste geschuldet. In dem Haus trifft man leider die unappetitliche Sorte an. Laut, prollig und sehr durstig. Ihre in der Regel stark übergewichtige Damenbegleitung in unmöglichem Aufzug am Pool und beim Essen unterwegs. Was die essen und wie sie es tun, kann keinen Koch motivieren, gut zu arbeiten. Es gibt sogar einen extra Schalter mittags nur für speziell englischen Fraß. Wir dachten, daß 140€ für HP nur Hotel ohne Flug zu zweit den Pöbel fernhält, aber man muss wohl 200€ investieren, damit das eintritt.

Very happy with our holiday here, its a great family place - would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice place to come with the family! The hotel is in a great setting, very close to the nearest beach...which is beautiful. The beach is quite small, so will get busy later on. We went in the mornings and came back to the hotel for lunch and then used the pool in the afternoons. Pools are really good for families. Small pool is great for beginners...our 5 year old loved it! Poolside drink/snack bar was nice, food was regularly cooked during the day and there was a decent choice of items available. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. There was always a good selection of food and very tasty as well...really enjoyed the Mexican themed dinner! The staff were all friendly and polite - lots of smiles. Constant cleaning/tidying up at meal times and throughout the day. The Entertainment Team were great as well, our 5 year old loved the Kids Club and the Mini Discos. The team were all super-friendly, smiley and made it a great holiday for the kids. We had such a great time that we've already booked to come back next year!
