MELIÁ Cala Galdana

房間不大，海景很美的！check in前台的紅髮小姐姐，講解很耐心很nice，每個事項都講得很詳細！給我們初到酒店的印象特別好！包括後來訂boat trip和去機場taxi，整個前台團隊都很積極專業！特別特別要強調錶揚的是底樓 cape nao的餐廳接待Manuela美女，她太好了，非常熱心有活力！幫我們找好的就餐位置，還詢問我們就餐冷不冷，需不需要披肩！她瞭解女生喜歡拍照，還幫我們預留第二天晚餐海景餐位！真的太感動了！整個心都被治癒了！

酒店離海灘非常近，房間景色很好，也非常乾淨整潔。早餐豐富多樣，非常好吃，而且能在餐廳看到大海，景色宜人。前台人員服務態度很好，非常推薦前往

We visited menorca...Melia cala galanda...lovely hotel right on the beach, in it's own cove .. 5 star the view from our room was breathtaking the rooms were lovely & clean & their were good facilities: mini bar safe etc . but we were slightly disappointed in the evening entertainment, & also in the restaurant, lovely food but not always hot there were no hot plates, which we thought what's the point of a lovely meal....We would only give this hotel a 4 star ....

Top Hotel. Top View and Beach. Very nice service and they care about the guests. Love the menu and the incredible prepared dishes. You feel like home. Staff and management amazing. Pool with a great view and spacious rooms. A place to come back.

Just returning from a lovely 10 day stay at the Meliá Cala Galdana. Hotel is really well located and close to small town, beach and some amazing hiking trails ( stages 13 and 14 of the Cali de Cavalls ). Staff are super friendly and professional, food is good and rooms are large, bright, well maintained and very clean. In short we have had a fabulous stay and whilst we don't often make return trips .... we may make an exception.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was amazing. The location on the beach was great The pool and hot tub was very nice with comfortable seating and large fluffy beach towels. Location was great. Shops and markets and restaurants were within walking distance.

Consistently good at what they do. This is our third visit to the Meliá Cala Galdana, this is second time we have been fortunate to have a Junior Suite with the ‘Level’ package, and whilst the initial perception is pricey, it is worth every penny over other similar offerings. Our suite is huge in comparison to the standard rooms, it has, as an overview, a standalone bath, double open plan wardrobes, with loads of drawers, twin wash basins and a large walk-in shower, the bed is a king and there is a full length sofa which backs onto a marble work area, a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Cala Galdana to finish the room, the air conditioning is superb. Housekeeping is daily, excellent and detailed and is complimented by another visit in the evening as a ‘turn down’ service. Over the course of our three visits, elements of the level service have changed, the constant is the infinity pool over looking the bay, its adults only, with sun beds, umbrellas and a small table open from 11.00am until 20.00 in addition there is free bottled water, free towels and the use of sun lotions, we tended to use this as well as the beach, the sun beds on the beach are 23.50 euros for two beds and a fixed parasol, surprisingly the beach has nothing to do with the hotel so securing and hiring beds is a separate transaction. On this visit the Level area is open for breakfast from 08.00 - 11.00 then available for tapas type food (small bites), soft drinks, bottled water and spritzer type drinks, from 12pm to 5pm, then an open bar with alcohol and a different daily tapas offering from 5pm to 6pm, in addition throughout the day until 22.00 free soft drinks and water are available from the fridge to any level client. Overall there is very little to fault with the Meliá Cala Galdana, over this and previous visits we have identified the best room and package for ourselves, we find the standards very high and the service levels consistently adhered to, the staff are polite and very efficient. If you are looking for a hotel with a good beach location, excellent views and an overall service level that is extremely satisfying then I fully recommend the Meliá Cala Galdana.

We are currently staying here and this is a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The views are spectacular and the sea is so blue. Lovely pool area set on 3 levels with jacuzzis and a pool side bar serving cocktails. We have a side sea view room which is lovely as gets the sunshine late afternoon and perfect for sitting on your balcony before going out for your evening meal. The food has been very good. I have coeliac disease and Isabel Antelo one of the Managers has been extremely helpful and organised me to have a specially made gluten free meal every night and the Manager of the Restaurant was also fantastic as he was waiting to show me the options in the buffet every day. I couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely return and thank you for making our holiday very good and relaxing. Rachel and Jonny
