Hotel & Spa S'Entrador Playa

Above expectations It was our first time in Mallorca and we were trying to pick a nice and calm hotel close to the beach. Finally,  we were lucky with our choice. The receptionist, Helene welcomed us professionally and the check-in went fast and smooth, thank you for that, dear Helen. The room is nicely furnished and fitted for the needs of the guests.  We loved the design and the small but very important details, e.g. lights in the bathroom, an extra switch for the A.C. installed in the bed, extra clothes-drying rod on the balcony, just to name some. Regarding F&B: We booked half board. The dining area offers enough space, different options (indoor and outdoor). The service is buffet style. Regarding food: The buffet offers a lot of choice and different options. Since I am vegan/vegetarian, I'm a bit picky regarding food, but I only had 1-2 nights where I was not that happy with the options presented.  For meat lovers, as per my impression, there is a wider choice, especially at breakfast and regarding side dishes at dinner. Input: It would be nice to prepare the side dishes, e.g. spaghetti or fried rice without meat, so it would be suitable for most of the guests. The service is friendly and they give special attention for children. Facilities: The hotel has a big pool, which we did not use, but the wellness and fitness area properly met our needs. I liked that the gym is divided in 2 areas (cardio and muscle building). The staff is very friendly, they even remembered my birthday and surprised me with balloons and a voucher for the spa. Overall, we were happy with our stay there and would recommend it.

Very nice little hotel. Beds comfortable. Air con worked well and quiet. Double glazing on patio blocked sound from outside. Very clean everywhere. Location for beach fantastic. Pool area nice enough but we spent most of the time down the beach. Not the biggest selection for food but good enough and normally a speciality feature every night. My favourite was the pasta Parmesan. Lovely chocolate sauce for the churros in the morning too! Staff really nice and friendly, special shout out to Raquel who looked after us most days, mucho Gracias👍 If you are looking for 5 star luxury, maybe not for you, but if you want an unassuming comfortable base to relax in, perfect. The beach did fill up and Cala Rajada is a busy resort. Mainly German tourists and they did provide a party vibe down the beach. The marina area has some lovely bars and restaurants and again a good atmosphere. All in all, had a great holiday.

Hotel is well situated and nice. Staff is friendly. Desaponted by the food , never experienced such low quality food in a 4 stars hotel in Mallorca . I hope the management will take action as this would be the only reason why I wouldn't come back .

The hotel is nice the employees are kind. I only have two problems. The wifi connection was weak in most of the hotel. And the food in the buffet t was mediocre at best one of the worst I’ve had in a 4 star hotel especially in Mallorca.

Stayed for 8 days with family. A few things were too bad to oversee and have an enjoyable experience: 1. NO WIFI This is a must when the majority of your guests are international. Completely unacceptable 2. HORRIBLE COFFEE When not providing a kettle with tea/coffee facilities, at least clean your coffee machines or fill it with proper coffee beans to have a drinkable cup of coffee 3. HIGH FEES TO PLAY TENNIS Considering it’s summer and all 1000 of your tennis courts aren’t in use, perhaps lower the price or provide the tennis rackets complimentary? 4. NO WATER Since there’s no water in the rooms (!!!) don’t force your guests to go to the supermarkets downstairs to buy water. Looks very cheap to see everyone doing it as it’s so overpriced in the restaurants 5. NOT ENOUGH POOL BEDS Rooms with beds/terrace doesn’t have umbrellas and there’s not enough beds at the pool, so everyone wakes up at 6am to lay their towels and book it and even when the leave for lunch they leave it there (management should look into that).

Great and helpful, very friendly service. Good variety for breakfast and dinner including specials. Prices for drinks were good.

Ich war 3 Nächte hier und habe gebucht in der Annahme, dass ein Hotel, das Hotel&Spa heißt, zum einen einen schönen Wellness/Spabereich bietet uns zum anderen Ruhe und Erholung, bietet. Beides war leider nicht der Fall. An zwei von meinen drei Nächten im Hotel war unten direkt unter meinem Zimmer Party (beim zweiten Mal sogar noch lauter als beim ersten Mal). Da hätte ich auch in einer Diskothek schlafen können. Ja, die Musik endete gegen 22:30 Uhr, jedoch hatte ich dieses Wochenende zur Erholung und Regeneration vorgesehen und bitter nötig und mich auf viel Schlaf gefreut. Besonders der zweite Abend war absolut unmöglich! Die Boxen wurden so laut eingestellt, dass man schon die Geräusche des Übersteuerns der Boxen hören konnte. Hätte ich ein Party Hotel gewollt, hätte ich ein Party Hotel gebucht. Wenn ich ein Spahotel buche, dann will ich kein Party Hotel! Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde mir nicht ermöglicht, denn es hätte sehr viel Aufwand beim hin und her schieben. Von Buchungen bedeutet. wenngleich das Personal bei der freundlichen Anfrage sehr freundlich blieb. Meine klare Erwartung wäre hier gewesen, dass man mir zumindest irgendeine Form von Entgegenkommen zeigt, im Sinne von „ dürfen wir sie vielleicht beim Abendessen auf die Getränke / einen Cocktail einladen als Wiedergutmachung“ , aber nichts dergleichen. Es wäre einfach, als Hotel ein Gast hier zumindest etwas zu versuchen zu besänftigen. Das Hotel hat aber scheinbar gar kein Interesse daran. Das Zimmer war einfach und in Ordnung. Aus der Regendusche im Badezimmer kam nur entweder viel zu heißes oder kaltes Wasser, die Handbrause lieferte temperierbares Wasser, musste dann aber selbst festgehalten werden. Wer davon ausgeht, dass er in einem Spa Hotel wie eigentlich immer üblich im Badezimmer auch kleine Pflegeprodukte vorfindet, wird enttäuscht. Außer einem Allround Shampoo/Seife/Duschgel Spender gab es nur ein Stück Seife (ohne eine Ablage dafür). Das war’s. Kein Conditioner, keine Bodylotion, nichts . Für ein vier Sterne Haus ohne Worte. Zum Wellnessbereich: es handelt sich um einen Raum mit einem kleinen Pool und in den Ecken gibt es drei Saunen vom Charme einer Standard-Bretter-Garten-Sauna. Einen Ruheraum gibt es nicht. Die Sauna ist hier üblicherweise im Bikini zu nutzen. Mit mir in der Sauna war zum einen eine Frau, die sich einfach so aufs Holz setzte, ohne ein Handtuch unterzulegen sowie ein Herr, der sich erst mal ausführlich auf seinem Handtuch die Zehennägel auspulte . Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, es sorgte aber dafür, dass ich den Spabereich sehr schnell wieder verließ. Alles allem eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht noch mal brauche. Sehr schade, denn das Hotel ist nicht gemacht. Zum Essen: maximal 3/5 Punkten. Das Essen war zwar relativ vielfältig, um verschiedenste Geschmäcker zu bedienen, was ich auch als positiv betrachte. Die Ausführung ließ jedoch an vielen Stellen sehr sehr zu wünschen übrig. Beispiele: am Salat Buffet sahen die geschnittenen Paprika in etwa so aus

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Eten was lekker en afwisselend. Grote groepen duitsers. Tennisbanen zijn vaak volgeboekt en per reservering €18,-. Onze buurvrouw ontving mannen op de kamer. Melding gemaakt. Daarna rustiger maar geen enkele compensatie gehad.
