Booked through edreams as a package, flight arrived 23.15 went straight to hotel and it was all closed up despite being advertised as 24 hour reception. No one answered the door so we phoned and no one answered. So standing outside at gone midnight with no-where to stay! Refusing to refund money as says has a no refund policy even though they didn’t let us in !!! Do not book this shocking ‘hotel’ they are conning you. Edreams absolutely no help.

The photos on their website are a complete fabrication - there are no rooms other than your pokey 'de-luxe' room (which is what I bought). Truly diabolical and just a cheap and nasty hotel used by disreputable tour operators like Best Online Holidays (they most certainly are not). I'm still in dispute as they charged me to supply breakfasts but do not have any room or facilities to provide that. Why do I always read the the terrible reviews of places I have visited AFTER booking and travelling there? Please don't make the same mistake

That is the only good thing about the place. Hot water runs out after one shower when it works. Very nice and helpful technician fixed it quickly but, there was no point confronting to kind of spooky scary host lady. You dare ask anything 😊The shower tray was located within the room with a see through glass, toilet has got no door . No privacy there at all. The host is hiding herself in a dark room which is a bit weird. All the nice photos taken in this bottom floor of the building but, you will never get to see it. The photos of the rooms and the places are hidden in this floor. It was that bad, we were threatened by the host not to write any review, otherwise she'd charge us on our credit card. She changed our room to slightly better one in return. Hence the reason why I had share our experience 9 months after we stayed. I have been travelling very often around the world in last 48 years. This must be the second worst of all.

Fatal. No hay luz en la escalera. No hay wifi. La dueña muy enojada siempre . No hay sitio a poner ropa si estás más tiempo. No hay ni armario, no hay nadaaaa aparte de TV y cama. Fatal . Y yo no tenía que pagar "nadaaa," pero si tengo que pagar por esto , vamooos,ni de coña.

Zahlung per credit Karte angeblich wird vor Anreise abgebucht, dies war nicht der Fall, mehrmals vor Anreise nachgefragt wann denn der betrag abgebucht wird!!! Nichts passiert.(nicht meine eigene creditkarte deswegen die Nachfrage usw.) Am Tag der Ankunft um 01:20 nachts wurde man gefragt ganz komisch „ist denn der betrag schon abgebucht?“ ich wünschte ich wäre so dreist wie die Besitzerin gewesen und hätte ja gesagt! Aber nein man will ja lieb und nett sein, ergo haben gesagt das es bis dato nicht abgebucht wurde ob man denn Vorort bezahlen kann, da wir das Geld sicherheitshalber bar dabei hatten, sie total gefreut (wahrscheinlich aus steuerlichen Gründen) und dankend das Geld angenommen plus diese gaststeuer pro Tag. Betrag wurde im laufe der Woche in der wir dort waren abgebucht von der creditkarte was die Dame mit Sicherheit weiß oder iwie auch bearbeiten kann, von ihr kein Wort dazu! Natürlich haben wir das erst mitbekommen als wir zurück in Deutschland waren! So eine Frechheit. Am Rande erwähnt ich spreche die Sprache und sie hat so bei mir geschleimt und als man das Geld zurück wollte meinte sie sich nicht zu erinnern obwohl ich angerufen habe als ich gerade ein Tag zurück in Deutschland war, man bedenke das ist ein mini Hotel so schnell vergisst man seine Gäste nicht! Jetzt nach mehreren versuchen die Situation zu klären geht diese Frau beabsichtigt nicht mehr ans Telefon! VERSTECKTE KOSTEN!!!! Es wird nicht erwähnt das man pro Tag 10 Euro zahlen muss um die Klimaanlage zu benutzen, was man muss im Hochsommer ist es sonst unerträglich und wenn man verhindern will wie bei uns das man durch Fenster öffnen und lüften (da sie nicht mal fliegen Gitter hat an den Fenstern) karkerlaken un seinem Zimmer hat! SO EKELHAFT! Spülung der Toilette funktionierte nicht nach Nachfrage wurde und erklärt man müsse zwei mal auf die Spülung an der seine schlagen dann würde die Knopf Betätigung wieder gehen. Wie bei den neandertalen! Dusche ging nur eiskaltes Wasser und mit tüfteln und probieren hatten wir es am vorletzten Tag geschafft lauwarmes raus zu bekommen. Dreckige Bettwäsche Weiße Bettwäsche und Flecken die scheinbar nicht raus gehen und einfach da gelassen werden … unterirdisch egal für was ein Preis nicht nachvollziehbar! Echt eine Katastrophe dazu kommt noch das die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber sind und vorallem nicht so wie auf den Bildern Garkein stauraum, nicht mal ein mini Kühlschrank das man sich paar Getränke holen könnte zum kühlen weil man dort nichts bekommt. Das darf den Namen Hotel nicht tragen nicht mal Hostel kommt dem nahe! von den gemeinschaftsräumen ganz abgesehen oder dem angebotenen Frühstück mit Aufpreis natürlich! haben wir nichts gesehen da es dass überhaupt nicht gibt! Zwar war die Dame scheinheilig freundlich und gewillt die Probleme zu lösen aber man hat bemerkt das sie maßlos überfordert ist und außerdem ihre Gäste nicht informiert über die wichtigen Dinge! Auch online will sie ein Schein halten der nicht vorhand

Hice la reserva y finalmente no pude ir, Isabel, la dueña en todo momento estuvo muy atenta para hacerme la devolución del dinero, no tuve ningún problema a la hora de recibir mi dinero. Isabel muy amable.

Teníamos para estar hospedados 7 días y tuvimos que irnos a la segunda noche. Las fotos de Booking no corresponden con la realidad, ni siquiera había fotos de como se veía por fuera . Las habitaciones con muchísima humedad y calor a diferencia del pasillo. Ofrece servicios como terraza y comedor y zonas comunes las cuales en ningún momento se han visto. El aire acondicionado en ningún sitio se decía que era de pago sino que al final de la estancia se cobraría por sorpresa . La limpieza nula, baño sin puerta, mampara y accesorios de la ducha con mugre, retrete con restos de orin y suciedad. Si no quieres de mascota unas cucarachas, paga el aire acondicionado a 10€ la noche. El peor hospedaje que he estado sin duda. La botella de regalo no esperen a una botella de champán como en las fotos sino una botella de rosado de 5€ del Mercadona. La señora de la casa da largas a todas tus preguntas. Hay que chapar el negocio mafioso que tiene montado. Pedimos hoja de reclamaciones y por alguna razón prefirió devolvernos el dinero del resto de los días. Isabel se llama la duela de este antro y es una mentirosa y se rie en la cara de todos nosotros. No se lo recomiendo ni mi a peor enemigo
