The hotel is great ! It is already our second time here. The Staff is really friendly . Hotel rooms are comfortable. Food is deligthfull and fresh. Hotel itself is cosy and located in quite not really turistic area near forest. Fully recommend and see You next Year. Muchas gracias !

Restaurant staff are extremely rude. A completely uncomfortable stay. Dinner was awful, chicken was not cooked properly and the options available were cheap and underwhelming - not acceptable for a 4* hotel. The only positive of the stay was Jose, the night receptionist. Lovely and helpful man.

On our booking, we got a deal that was a welcome cocktail (didnt get this) a fruit basket (2 slices of about 3 fruits on a plate too big for the fridge that had gone sour) a bottle of wine (but the glasses were taken away the next day) and late check out (we were told we couldnt have this) so not a great start. The breakfast has a lot of food but it seemed to be quantity rather than quality. As a vegan, I know I will have to compromise and I had bread and fruit each morning. there was a small tray of watermelon each morning but it seemed once that was gone, that was it for the day. The rest of the fruits were sliced up oranges, grapefruits, kiwi (the worst I've ever tasted) and tinned fruit salad in bowls. I knew it would be limiting for me as I also dont want to eat salad leaves and raw onion for breakfast so thats one less thing for me but my partner has no restrictions and loves all foods. He was less than impressed with what was on offer. We ate it as it was included but would have rather have gone anywhere else. The hotel has loads of restaurants around by the waterfront and I would recommend the craft beer sneaky secret bar just round the corner as it was fab! (take bug spray though, we were bitten to heck) Sunloungers are uncomfortable and noisy and very limited supply. A lot of people ended up sitting on chairs around the pool (the pool itself was very nice) The room was a nice size, the aircon is silent but deadly! At its lowest setting its was very cold and the room had no duvet or thicker blanket, just the very thin one on the bed so it was either be cold or sweat at night. If you are cold at night, you cant hug your partner as it is 2 single beds pushed together and if you go near the middle, the beds slide apart. We did actually ask the hotel to fix the beds together as we had 2 nights of falling down the middle but even then, you get wedged in between the single mattresses which was obviously very uncomfortable! This area is very German-holiday-maker heavy so if you dont speak German or Spanish, you might struggle in some places but the hotel Reception staff spoke English and were very helpful. Bar staff only seemed to speak German and Spanish so luckily we got by on our Spanish we knew (with the odd help of Google Translate) The gym was small but a nice addition. All in all, this hotel is an hr away from the airport and at over 115 euros each way in a taxi, it simply wasnt worth it. It was ok and we had a nice time because we enjoy each others company but I am very glad I wasnt all inclusive.

My stay at R2 Bahia was great and really relaxing! The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. My room was modern, minimalist and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped with any questions or guidance I needed. I look forward to returning in the future!

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir Zeugen mehrerer übergriffiger Handlungen eines Ihrer Angestellten gegenüber einer unserer Freun-dinnen. Dieser Vorfall ereignete sich mehrmals und führte zu einem äußerst unangenehmen und bedrohlichen Erlebnis für uns alle. Der besagte Angestellte zeigte ein inakzeptables Verhalten, indem er sich körperlich übergriffig verhielt und unsere Freundin wiederholt bedrängte, selbst unter Zeugen. Zunächst wurden seine Handlungen ignoriert, aber als wir um einen Schlüssel baten, um unsere Koffer abzuholen, verlangte er eine unangemessene Geste als Gegenleistung. Als ich versuchte, dies zu unterbinden, reagierte er äußerst aggressiv und bedrohlich, sodass einige von uns ihn aufhalten mussten, um eine Eskalation zu verhindern. Zudem beleidigte er uns auf spanisch. Es ist äußerst enttäuschend, dass andere Mitarbeiter des Hotels nichts unternommen haben, um die Situation zu entschärfen, und einige sogar untätig dabei standen. Die Tatsache, dass dieser Vorfall vor anderen Gasten geschah und vom Angestellten heruntergespielt wurde, ist inakzeptabel und stellt eine eklatante Verletzung des Vertrauens dar, das wir in Ihr Hotel gesetzt haben. Wir haben uns in dieser Situation äußerst bedroht gefühlt und wären beinahe gezwungen gewesen, die Polizei zu rufen. Aufgrund des Zeitdrucks mussten wir jedoch abreisen, obwohl wir uns in Ihrer Einrichtung alles andere als sicher fühlten. Es ist bedauerlich, dass wir solche Erfahrungen machen mussten, und ich möchte betonen, dass dies in keiner Weise einem Hotel mit dem von Ihnen beanspruchten Standard von vier Sternen entspricht. Neben den bereits erwähnten Vorfällen gab es eine weitere unangenehme Erfahrung, die unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt hat. Am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns abends zur Rezeption begeben, da unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und die Fenster undicht waren. Dies führte dazu, dass wir aufgrund fehlender Schallisolation jede Geräuschquelle von draußen hören konnten, was unseren Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigte. Besonders störend war der Lärm von vorbeigehenden Personen sowie die morgendlichen Aktivitäten der gegenüberliegenden Grundschule. An der Rezeption wurden unsere Beschwerden leider nicht angemessen behandelt. Der Mitarbeiter teilte uns mit, dass niemand verfügbar sei, um uns zu helfen, und dass er uns kein neues Zimmer geben könne, selbst nachdem wir die Probleme detailliert geschildert hatten. Seine Begründung, dass der Lärm von der Grundschule für nur 20 Minuten am Morgen kein ausreichender Grund sei, um uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben, war äußerst enttäuschend und inakzeptabel.

Hotel bien située et le.personnel est très disponible et sympathique Les chambres sans balcon pas dutout pratique on.ne peux rien faire sécher et rien n est prévu pour cela . La piscine est minuscule, la salle se sport aussi Les chambres ne.sont pas faite avant 13h cela n'est pas dutout pratique Les chambres sont très propres mais les.parties communes pas nettoyer, la piscine spa est pas entretenue Les rebords de la.piscine intérieur sont sales Cette hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles mais seulement 3 Heureusement que le.personnel et le.pztit déjeuner sont excellent

Hotel prenotato con lastminute tour con volo incluso. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro per quattro notti. Le camere erano prive di balconi, ma pulite.(In fase di prenotazione abbiamo scelto le meno care). Colazione ottima e varia. Gli addetti alla reception cortesi, disponibili e simpatici. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. A circa 700 metri dal centro. Parcheggio libero in zona.

Nos hemos alojado (dos amigas) durante 5 noches en este hotel, hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia pero hay muchos aspectos a mejorar. PROS: gran habitación (junior suite), muy limpia y las camareras de piso encantadoras ( Carmen nos cerraba las cortinas para que no entrara tanta calor, un 10🤗). La piscina y el spa son correctos y no estaban masificados. Los precios del snack bar muy correctos, opciones buenas y abundante cantidad, camareras amables y risueñas. Localización buena, a pocos metros del paseo marítimo y calidad del buffet muy bien con variedad adecuada. CONTRAS: 3/5 días de nuestra estancia el ascensor no funcionaba y en 2 de ellos no pusieron ni cartel. El personal de recepción parece algo perdido y distraído, no muy profesional… No hay música ni entretenimiento de día, y de noche solo 3 días por semana, poco adaptado para ser un solo adultos. Almohadas súper finas e incómodas. En calidad precio para las fechas de julio/agosto está aceptable pero debería implementar mejoras para consider**** un buen 4*.

Hôtel propre avec un personnel très aimable et à l'écoute que ce soit à l'accueil, au service ou du ménage. Tout est bien entretenu que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Situation à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville donc assez calme et 20 minutes de cala agulla. Pour tout le reste il faut une voiture. Chambre confortable et spacieuse mais sans balcon donc impossible de faire sécher les serviettes et maillots, de plus elle donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyant. Petit déjeuner varié et produits corrects pour le prix. La majorité des clients de l'hôtel a entre 18 et 22 ans donc c'est une clientèle festive très bruyante au retour de soirée. La piscine est propre, assez petite mais elle est peu fréquentée donc les transats sont disponibles et il y a peu de baigneurs. La salle de sport est très petite avec 5 appareils de cardio et un banc de musculation avec des haltères, il y fait 28° malgré la climatisation ce qui est désagréable, elle est très fréquentée le matin. Globalement cet hôtel a un bon rapport qualité-prix.
