The staff is lovely but the place needs some series upgrading. It’d be nice to have at least more than one towel and a bath mat every day. Water pressure needs improvement. Breakfast could also be improved. Pool bar is nice as is the grilled fish.

Relatively good enough quality by Calabar standards. However, pillows were too hard and oversized - making them unfit-for-purpose. Had a couple of facility management challenges in the bathroom - loss of water an undersized toilet seat with a seat cover collapsing on me, and loss of running hot water overnight. Breakfast menu is in need of enhancement in order to appeal to a diverse guest population. The pool bar area is in dire need of a major upgrade. Evidence of neglect around the hotel. But overall, when compared to certain other hotels in Calabar - it is still the hotel to be at.

Good room sizes and friendly staff. It could do with a small refurb (especially bathrooms). Internet was a bit slow. Very convenient location and near the airport. Good is okay and nice environment and spacious.

酒店的位置很好，從機場開車5分鐘就可以到達，就在卡拉巴爾商務區的中央，離政府辦公室甚至政府大廈都很近。房間很不錯（不過要確保住的房間能俯瞰城市景觀）,乾淨寬敞，設施也不錯。食物超級棒，無與倫比！工作人員很認真也很友好。酒店的外圍不太好，不過到處都在翻新重建，正在慢慢變好。

房間很舊，服務也不好···我提醒了兩次才要到毛巾，其實這本應該就放在那裡的。他們有個泳池，適合喝飲料吃晚餐。地理位置很適合來出差的，離政府很近。
