總體還不錯，房間寬敞，入住流程方便快捷。酒店還帶游泳池雖然沒機會遊了，不好的就是按金刷了我兩次…房間內洗漱用品用完了打掃的都看不到

房間空間很大，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，衞生間也很大，服務態度好，入住時間很晚，也能及時辦理入住。非常不錯。

The hotel itself is really cute and modern. Loved the outdoor patio and fire pits.
The food was good but we didn’t catch when booking that there’s no room service and when we did get food our orders were messed up both times.
Our room phone didn’t work which was kind of frustrating. I guess they were doing some sort of transfer of their phones but no one let us know upon checking in.
The rooms were pretty clean but there were some spots not cleaned and the floors were sticky which may have just been due to us tracking in whatever cleaner or liquid they were drying on the carpets in the hallways. I think they were shampooing?
Treadmill in work out room wasn’t working when we were there which was disappointing for a 24 hr fitness area.
The location was super convenient so that was a bonus. The hotel wasn’t super busy or loud but which we also liked. The staff is what made the difference for me. They were very helpful and assisted with every request we had.

Luke at the front desk made our every need completely satisfied, swiftly taken care of and with an extra touch of humor and personality plus. Its a beautiful hotel, but in the times I have stayed there, its their staff excellence that makes the stay memorable.

Overall the property was very nice and clean. The room was very modern and had a good amount of space for comfort. Downside was that our room was not cleaned after the first night. In addition, our room keys did not work after our first night which was inconvenient to have to go back down and show proof of identity just to have it re-activated.
